The final moments of her pregnancy werent exactly a dream. Blac Chyna broke down at the hospital before giving birth to Dream Kardashian, as seen in a new preview from Rob & Chyna Baby Special, which airs this Sunday, December 18.

In the clip, the 28-year-old model bursts into tears when she arrives at L.A.s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center because shes nervous about having a C-section. Her fianc, Rob Kardashian, her mom, Tokyo Toni, and several of her close friends try to calm her down and reassure her that everything will be fine, but she cant stop crying.

For some reason Im so scared. I just cannot get this C-section off of my mind, Chyna explains in a confessional. I just want my baby to be healthy, have all her toes, be able to breathe on her own.

Rob, 29, attempts to cheer Chyna up by giving her compliments. Look how pretty you look, he says while stroking her hair.

Once she gets from the wheelchair into the hospital bed, the staff attempt to make small talk with a crying Chyna to ease her worries. Are you having a boy or a girl? one nurse asks. Chyna chokes back tears and says, Girl.

As fans know, the couple welcomed their baby girl, Dream Renee Kardashian, on November 10. She weighed in at 7 pounds and 5 ounces. Dream is Robs first child and Chynas second. She is also mom of King Cairo, 4, with ex Tyga.

The Rob & Chyna stars have frequently shared photos of their baby on social media since she was born. Rob recently gushed over his first child in an Instagram post, calling Dream the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life.

Rob & Chyna Baby Special airs on E! Sunday, December 18, at 8 p.m. ET.
