MARLBORO For the second time in three days, a vehicle ran over a guardrail of a major highway, plunging to the ground.At 1:18 p.m. Sunday, state police were called to Interstate 495 southbound, south of Exit 25, on a report of a vehicle that had gone off the highway, over the guardrail and landed just off Berlin Road in Marlboro.
