On Monday, Cannon announced that he will be leaving the show after network executives threatened to fire him over a racially charged joke made in his standup special Sit Down, Dont Shoot.

Cannon and Mariah Carey wed within two months of their first date in 2008, before making their relationship public. Carey gave birth to the couplesfraternaltwins, Morocco and Monroe, in 2012. During this time, Cannons net worth of $20 million was greatly elevated, as Careys success in the music industry tallied uptoan estimated net worth of $520 million. The couple also purchased a three-acre property in 2009for $10 million, before selling it in 2014, when rumors of their separation began to arise.

Cannonfiled for divorcethe following year. According to TMZ, the couple agreed ona settlement fortheir divorce, with Cannon being called uponto put $5,000 per month in a trust fund for Morocco and Monroe.Carey, on the other hand, did not have to add to the trust, but instead hand overthe familys 2012 Ferrari (valued at $188,000) and cover lodgingcosts whenever Cannon comes to visit the children.

The pricey footwear was specially made by designer Jason Arashenen, who packed into each shoe more than 14,00 full-cut diamonds set in white gold. The tallying weight of the pair was 340 carats.

Even more surprising, however, was the fact that Cannonturned around and donated the pricey footwear to the St. Marys Hospital for Children in Queens, New York.
