Kanye to Deadmau5: "Do you do birthday parties? My daughter loves Minnie Mouse"

Deadmau5 - Chill Mix

The war of words or at least the tussle of tweets between Kanye West and Deadmau5 shows no signs of abating.

In the latest online exchange of words between the rapper and DJ, West compared Deadmau5 to Mickey Mouse, while the dance musician hit back, saying West was trying to deflect the story away from accusations of piracy. Isnt it great that our popstars can be so grown up?

It all started when West posted a screenshot of him listening to Sufjan Stevenss latest album Carrie and Lowell on YouTube an image that also contained open windows to Pirate Bay, where he seemed to be in the process of illegally downloading music software. His excuse was that it was all a joke regarding the piracy of his own album The Life of Pablo, and besides, he would never stoop so low as to actually own a PC himself (Kanye only uses Macs, obvs). But Deadmau5 was unconvinced, calling him a d**k.

Never one to let things lie, West responded with a string of admittedly quite amusing tweets, inquiring into the practicality of Deadmau5s mouse head, questioning the pronunciation of his name, mocking his Tidal figures and asking if he would mind appearing as Minnie Mouse at his daughters birthday party.

Now the DJ producer is firing back, saying: Imma let you finish ... But you should probably be saving the money for a 4th grade education.

He added: I can out idiot an idiot. Its what I do.

When a user suggested that Kanyes insults were simply an attempt to deflect the conversation away from the illegal downloading allegations, Deadmau5 concurred, saying that all he was seeing was an attempt to derail it.

As to whether he will take up Kanyes offer to perform as Minnie Mouse at his daughters birthday party, we will keep you posted.

Did Bill Clinton violate election rules in Massachusetts? Probably not

Bill Clinton Illegally Wanders Into Polling Station, Blocking Voters

The people of Reddit are concerned the former leader of the free world violated election rules in Massachusetts on Tuesday.

Former President Bill Clinton made several stops at polling stations in the state, including in New Bedford and the West Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. He spoke with workers, bought a cup of coffee and posed for photos, according to press pool reports.

Sera Congi, of WCVB-TV (ABC-5) in Needham, Mass., tweeted this video of Clinton shaking hands with election workers at the Holy Name Parish Schools gymnasium in West Roxbury. He was accompanied by Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh.

Thats when the trouble started.

Arent there rules about electioneering at the polling location? replied many to the initial Twitter video.

How is this legal? asked another.

A woman in Chicago was so outraged she wrote a petition on Change.org calling for Clintons arrest and prosecution on charges of violating Massachusetts election laws.

The outrage spread from Twitter to Reddit. Users posted that Clinton was creating a scene that blocked the entrance to polling places. The original poster speculates that they were being blocked from entering a polling place in New Bedford by the crowd because the poster was a Bernie Sanders supporter.

This may have taken place because everybody I know is voting for Sanders, the poster wrote. Who knows, just speculating.

Many are concerned that Clinton was purposefully blocking Sanders voters from getting the polls, which allowed Hillary Clinton to edge out a victory over Sanders in Massachusetts. Clinton beat Sanders by more than 17,000 votes in the state, though.

The New York Times reports that Bill Clinton has always loved Election Day and was stopping at polling places in different parts of the state.

Clinton spoke about the importance of voting rights to a crowd in Fort Worth on Monday.

If we are all going to rise together, we have to be able to vote together, Clinton said Monday.

We had to remind some of our poll workers that even a president cant go inside and work a polling place, William F. Galvin, the Massachusetts secretary of state, told The Times.

Massachusetts law prohibits campaigning within 150 feet of voting booths. People are entitled to their privacy, Galvin told The Times.

In Texas, laws are similar. A person is considered to be electioneering if he or she is within 100 feet of an outside door of a polling place during the voting period and is loitering, openly campaigning for or against a candidate or distributing political signs or literature.

It is worth noting that almost any time candidates go to a polling place, they are followed by a pack of reporters and cameras waiting to talk to them about casting a ballot, presumably for themselves.

See Ted Cruz voting yesterday in Houston:

And here is an ABC News video of Sanders himself in Burlington, Vt.:

So did Bill Clinton break Massachusetts election laws? Only if he was actively campaigning when he went inside the polling stations, which doesnt seem to be the case.

Did the pack of people traveling with him make things a little inconvenient for voters? Probably. Did it rise to the level of a crime? Probably not.

President Clinton joined Mayor Walsh to thank poll workers in West Roxbury this morning, Bonnie Gilpin, a spokeswoman for Boston Mayor Walsh told The Boston Globe.

Roddy White: Released by Falcons

Roddy White Highlights

The Falcons have released Roddy White .

Per ESPN.com, the release of White saves the Falcons $2,362,500 against their salary cap in 2016, but the departure of the 34-year-old wideout leaves a large void in the team"s pass-catching corps. The 2005 first-rounder, who caught 43 passes for 506 yards and a TD in 2015, will thus look to catch on elsewhere, with White"s 2016 fantasy prospects difficult to peg until his landing spot/role with his new team gain a degree of clarity.

CNN"s Van Jones: Obama Had "More Enthusiasm" "Than Any Human Ever"

Van Jones destroy Jeffery Lord over Trump"s KKK "games"

As Super Tuesday election results started to roll in, CNNs Van Jones rejected any enthusiasm comparison between 2016 Hillary Clinton and then-candidate Barack Obama eight years ago. After Michael Smerconish noted that Clinton has a problem firing up voters, Van Jones shot back, I just think with regard to Sanders, I don"t think he"s saying he has more enthusiasm than Barack Obama in 2008.

Jones gushed, There was more enthusiasm for Barack Obama in 2008 than for any human ever born except maybe Elvis and Michael Jackson. He added, "I don"t think [Sanders] is comparing himself to that."This isnt a new assessment for the CNN analyst. On February 1, he fawned, Barack Obama is probably the coolest person ever born."

Yet, in October of 2015, Jones compared Mrs. Clinton to Beynoce.

A transcript of the exchange is below:

Americas Choice 20163/1/167:06

MICHAEL SMERCONISH: There are two gaps, two e-gaps I refer to them as. One is the enthusiasm gap that seems to benefit the Rs thus far in terms of turnout. The other is the experience gap. And simply stated, Democrats favor it and Republicans are repulsed by it.

ANDERSON COOPER: Right, which is really interesting. And were seeing that on the exit polls.

VAN JONES: I just think with regard to Sanders, I don"t think he"s saying he has more enthusiasm than Barack Obama did in 2008. There was more enthusiasm for Barack Obama in 2008 than for any human ever born except maybe Elvis and Michael Jackson. I dont think he"s comparing himself to that. I think hes comparing himself to Hillary Clinton. And I think theres no argument that when you have 10,000 people coming out for Bernie Sanders, I haven"t seen that happen yet for Senator Clinton. He has a case to make, that where there is energy in this party, it"s with him.

Roddy White on Falcons fans: I love them

Richard Sherman vs Roddy White

Roddy White is currently out of the country, which resulted in the Falcons notifying him of his release by text message Wednesday.

After the news, White also texted with ESPNs Josina Anderson and expressed his appreciation for Falcons fans.

I love them. I enjoyed. And it was fun, White texted.

Roddy White practices a cheer with the Benjamin E. Mays High School cheerleaders in 2012. White visited the high school and participated and interacted with students in lunch, math class, cheerleader practice, marching band practice, and football practice. JASON GETZ / JGETZ@AJC.COM

White played eight seasons for the Falcons after being drafted in the first round in 2005. He is the teams all-time leading receiver with 808 catches for 10,863 yards and 63 touchdowns in 11 seasons.

The 34-year-old White also texted to Anderson that he wants to play in the NFL another year or 2.

Celebrate Texas Independence Day With A Bang

The Alamo - A Tribute for Texas Independence Day!!!

Follow CBSDFW.COM:Facebook|Twitter

MCKINNEY (CBSDFW.COM) This Texas Independence Day isthe first time some have the opportunity to celebrate with a bang. Thanks to a change in state law, this year some counties are allowing sales of fireworks.

Its still pretty tricky because in McKinney and other cities, a local ordinance bans even possessing fireworks, but about 15 minutes east of there, one of the few fireworks stands is open for business.

Veals Fireworks is usually only open around the Fourth of July and New Years Eve, but when James Spohn and his family drove by the stand on FM-982 near Princeton, he couldnt resist.

Were just kind of surprised that theyre open for Texas Independence Day, so we thought wed come out here and give it a shot, Spohn said.

Despite some concerns over fire hazards, county leaders decided to make this year a test run to see if they will continue to allow fireworks sales leading up to Texas Independence Day in the years ahead.

Texas people love Texas, and it gives them an opportunity to celebrate the day, owner Brody Veal said.

Veal hopes fireworks can remind people of the importance of the holiday.

I was surprised that a lot of people didnt even know what Texas Independence Day was. You could ask many people, they wouldnt be able to tell you what the day is, so when they come in here I explained it to them, and they said, oh yeah, I remember learning that a long time ago and just forgot about it, Veal said.

The hope is that the next generation may not be as likely to forget if they grow up honoring the day with a bang.

Peoplecan light fireworks in unincorporated parts of Collin County if you have permission of the property owner.
