WATCH DOGS 2 OH MAH GAWD HYPE - Dancing Donut Man By Graham van der Made: Staff Reporter on 9 June, 2016
Developer Ubisofts open-world vigilante hacking video game series is back in the form of WATCH_DOGS 2 (Watchdogs 2 for the sake of style).
This time, Ubisoft has gone with a person of colour for its protagonist, Marcus. From his introduction video, Marcus doesnt appear to be the gruff, chubby white guy that Aiden was. His aestheticsappear to be a bit more hip and not gritty. Lets hope hes not as annoying as the general populace appears to be in the game.
From the Watchdogs 2 reveal trailer, the game takes place in San Francisco, which is the latest location to install the Big Brother-esqueuniversal operating system, ctOS. Of course, itll be up to you to bring down the evil corporation behind it.
Watchdogs 2 will release on 15 November for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
As with most Ubisoft games, there will be a pre-order bonus.

Hillary Clinton Appears To Hit Delegate Count Needed To Clinch | The View June 8, 2016 8:33 a.m. ET
WASHINGTON Hillary Clinton prevailed in the Democratic presidential primary campaign with commanding leads in both the popular vote and delegate count, capping off the race against Bernie Sanders Tuesday evening with a win in delegate-rich California.
Competing in more than 50 contests since February, Mrs. Clinton has amassed a majority in the race for delegates. Taking into account the six contests on Tuesday, Mrs. Clinton has at least 2,755 delegates to 1,852 delegates for Mr. Sanders, according to an Associated Press countenough to for her to declare victory near the end of the primary season. It takes 2,383 delegates to win the Democratic nomination.
Just the District of Columbia has yet to vote, where only 20 delegates are at stake in the citys June 14 primary. Mr. Sanders has vowed to remain in the race until after the D.C. primary.
Democrats divide up their delegates into pledged delegates, who are elected in caucuses and primaries, and unpledged superdelegates, or Democratic Party insiders who are free to cast a vote for any candidate at the partys July convention.
The exact number of pledged delegates from Tuesdays contests wont be known until after vote counting is finished in California.
Mrs. Clinton dominated Mr. Sanders by three of the metrics needed to win a primary campaign: beating Mr. Sanders handily in the popular vote, amassing nearly 400 more pledged delegate than the Vermont Senator and using her deep ties to the Democratic Party establishment to lock up many superdelegates early in the process.
A vote tally compiled by Real Clear Politics gave her a lead of more than 3 million in the popular vote, though some caucuses don"t give vote tallies.
In pledged delegates, three networks projected she would receive an outright majority.
She also dominated in the superdelegate battle, with nearly 600 publicly supporting her. Mr. Sanders has drawn only 48 superdelegates and has made no inroads in convincing her backers to switch sides.
The former secretary of state became the presumptive Democratic nominee this week ahead of the six Tuesday primaries after the Associated Press declared she had garnered enough support from the unpledged superdelegates to secure the nomination. The states voting Tuesday night were California, New Jersey, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota and South Dakota.
The Sanders campaign said it would continue to try to sway superdelegates ahead of the Democratic convention.
Secretary Clinton does not have and will not have the requisite number of pledged delegates to secure the nomination. She will be dependent on superdelegates who don"t vote until July 25 and who can change their minds between now and then, Sanders campaign communications director Michael Briggs said.
Our job from now until the convention is to convince those superdelegates that Bernie is by far the strongest candidate against Donald Trump, he added.
Mrs. Clinton has built a much more commanding lead over Mr. Sanders than in the last contested Democratic primary campaign in 2008, when President Barack Obama emerged as the winner.
By the end of the final set of primaries in the 2008 race, Mr. Obama led Mrs. Clinton by about 125 pledged delegates. He had 389 superdelegates supporting him at the close of the primary season.

Coachella City Council is moving forward with the design plans for a state-of-the-art library facility that officials hope will revitalize the downtown area.
Wednesday, council voted unanimously to move forward with collecting bids from developers who would be interested in designing and constructing the new library, planned for around 15,000 square feet in the 1500 block of Seventh St.
No plans have been made at this point for the current library building, located at 1538 Seventh St.
Although a concrete design has yet to be approved for the library project, city leaders are hoping to include educational areas for all ages as well as computer labs, performance areas and commercial room.

"It"s gotta be a game changer for thedowntown and bringing people into the downtown," Mayor Steven Hernandez said at a May 25 council meeting. "This isn"t just about building a library, it"s about building a community, about building a place where we can get some economic development there ... and that"s the goal, to bring some life into the downtown."
Council already heard two proposals from development companies Schneider Real Estate Associates of Redlands and Grapevine Developments of Sherman Oaks at its May 25 meeting, but determined at the time that the city hadn"t set specific enough design and funding parameters to compare the two.
Schneider Real Estate Associates had proposed a "Spanish-colonial" building to fit in with the citys goal of Pueblo Viejo, while Grapevine Developments designed a more "contemporary" facility.
"What is in these proposals are two very qualified firms that have a lot of public-private partnerships," City Manager David Garcia told council members at the time. "I"m convinced that each of them is qualified."

Council members agreed when they first heard the developers designs in May, that by accepting designs without more specific guidelines, they were most likely putting the cart before the horse. They asked staff members to bring a more comparative look at their options to Wednesdays meeting before they agreed to move forward with the bidding process.
Wednesday, discussion surrounding the library largely consisted of choosing a best practice for moving forward with the design and construction process, examining the most traditional method in which the city would design the building and then take it to bid for private companies and a method in which the city puts forth specifications and a private company works to design and build a library within the guidelines.
Council decided ultimately that the second option would be the best fit for the city, costing about 6 percent less than the first option and moving about 33 percent faster.
They invited both Schneider Real Estate and Grapevine Developments to resubmit their bids.
Hernandez said he was convinced by both the promised savings and the December 2017 deadline the city set when it first proposed the library.
The library is one of the biggest promises we made so thats very important we hit that deadline, he said.

Stephen and Ayesha Curry Talk Parenthood and Their Adorable Pre-Game Ritual | Parents
Do you watch basketball? No? Me neither. Thats probably why it took me longer than the rest of the country to fall in love with Ayesha Curry, aka star Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Currys better half. Sure, Stephen has won MVP two years in a row. And yes, he just broke his own previous record for most three-pointers made in a single season. But Ayesha can also sink some three-pointersand at nine months pregnant, to boot.
At 27 years old, Mrs. Curry has become a favorite among basketball fans and those who, like me, couldnt care less about the NBA Finals. Curry enthusiasts are familiar with her impressive rsumher forthcoming Food Network show and cookbook, and her massively successful pop-up barbecue restaurantbut what really won me over was her Instagram account. Her feed not only features posts of her cute family (she is a mother of two daughters, Riley, 3, and Ryan, who was born last July), but it also captures Currys best quality: remaining surprisingly down-to-earth.

As someone who is trying to juggle a career, a marriage, and motherhood, I cant help but root for Curry, who is proving it is possible for a womaneven one with a husband who already enjoys a great level of successto have it all. Her life feels relatable, but, most important, it also feels achievable. And so, ahead of Game 3 of tonights NBA Finals, here are nine reasons why Im currently obsessed with Ayesha Curry, and why you should be, too.
She had no idea her boyfriend was a basketball superstar.
The two met when they were teenagers, but they didnt date until a few years later. (Stephen managed to track Ayesha down on Facebook.) Ayesha only learned about his all-star status after attending one of Stephens games and realizing that fans were wearing jerseys in his honor. The two ended up getting married quite young (he was 23; she was 22) and engaged at the same place where they shared their first kiss: his parents driveway. The plan was to act like we were going to a family cookout, Stephen said in an interview with Parents magazine. I stopped in the middle of the driveway, got down on my knee, and went into my spiel. Little did I know the whole family was looking out the window, videotaping the moment.
She is living her best food life on Instagram.
Forget about green juice smoothies. Whether its a sticky rack of ribs or bananas Foster or pasta carbonara served inside a giant wheel of Parmesan, Curry shares food you actually want to eat.
She dances to Drake in the kitchen.
Who else wants to be invited to one of their dinner parties?
Her husband always thanks her for her role in his success.
After winning the NBAs MVP for a second season in a row, Stephen spent a significant part of his speech thanking his wife for his accomplishments. None of this is possible without you, he said to her. Youve given me the opportunity to go out here and work as hard as I do. He continued: Youve given our two daughters an example to look up to as they grow up. I dont take that for granted at all. Its definitely special to watch you do what you do every single daythe strength that you have, the patience that you have. Whether I have a good game or not, you are the same person.
She birthed the magic that is Riley Curry.
Last year, Riley became an Internet sensation after crashing her dads press conference and stealing the show with her perfectly timed asides, giggles, and yawns. (Riley even asked her dad once to be quiet.) From then on, Riley has become a postgame traditionsinging Big Sean, asking a reporter to hold her gumand has incidentally launched a thousand memes in the process.Even Chrissy Teigen cant stop girl-crushing on her.Fellow foodie Teigen hasnt been shy about her unabashed love of Curry. You are mom goals to me, Teigen gushed after they starred in a cooking video together. When the Twitterverse took offense at one of Currys tweets, Teigen quickly jumped to her defense. And In case you had any doubt about Teigens feelings, the model uploaded a Snapchat video of Curry in the stands with a big red heart drawn around her.
Drake is a fan, too!
The One Dance singer showed up for the grand opening of Currys restaurant this week. Maybe he was hoping to run into little Riley?
Shes a Dubsmash star.
Curry seriously loves the lip-synching app. Watch her best Olivia Pope, Kristen Wiig in Bridesmaids, and Kylie Jenner. (Those dont even begin to cover her extensive Dubsmash repertoire.)
And, yes, she can shoot a three-pointer while nine months pregnant.
Some women can barely muster the energy to get up during the home stretch of pregnancy, but, of course, Ayesha finds the time to do this.
