Michael Bautista captured part of downtown Dallas shooting during Facebook Live

Donald Trump"s Virginia state campaign chairman said in a Facebook post that Hillary Clinton is to blame for "essentially encouraging the murders" of Dallas police officers Thursday.
Corey Stewart said, "Liberal politicians who label police as racists -- specifically Hillary Clinton and Virginia Lt. Governor Ralph Northam -- are to blame for essentially encouraging the murder of these police officers tonight."
Stewart then shared a second comment on Facebook that was still critical of Clinton.
Reacting to Stewart"s initial post, Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks told the Times that the campaign condemns what he said.
"Corey does not speak for the campaign and this is not something we agree with," Hicks said of Stewart, who also reportedly plans to run for Virginia governor next year.
Former Rep. Joe Walsh, R-Illinois, sent a threatening tweet as the Dallas shooting was unfolding that said, "3 Dallas Cops killed, 7 wounded. This is now war. Watch out Obama. Watch out black lives matter punks. Real America is coming after you." Though Walsh deleted the tweet, an MSNBC producer got a screenshot of it first.
Walsh sent a storm of tweets throughout the night, and he later denied calling for violence against the president, though he still squarely placed the blame for the deaths of the Dallas police on Mr. Obama.
An earlier version of this story incorrectly reported that the original post had been deleted.
Top 3 Signs You May Have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. (Arm Pain)
NEW YORK >> All of a sudden, the New York Mets face this sobering uncertainty: Matt Harvey might never be a healthy ace again.
The struggling star has symptoms consistent with thoracic outlet syndrome and could require season-ending surgery to treat a serious condition that has jeopardized the career of other major league pitchers.
General manager Sandy Alderson announced the unusual diagnosis Thursday after Harvey was examined in St. Louis by a specialist, Dr. Robert Thompson. Alderson said a decision on surgery is expected in the next few days before the All-Star break.
I think you can bounce back from it, but everybodys different, as we know, anytime you have surgery. So theres a level of concern, Mets manager Terry Collins said. But certainly, you cant be very excited about it. You just dont know.

Thoracic outlet syndrome is a condition caused by the compression of nerves, blood vessels or both in the area between the neck and armpit. After his start Monday, the 27-year-old Harvey complained of some common symptoms, which include numbness in fingers and shoulder discomfort.
The former ace was seen by Mets doctors, referred to Thompson for further examination and placed on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday, retroactive to Tuesday.
His arm just felt like it was dead, Collins said.
Another temporary treatment option is a nerve-block injection that might help Harvey return to the mound fairly quickly, but surgery is probably inevitable and the operation usually requires a four-month recovery period, Alderson said.
Thompson would likely perform the procedure, the GM added. Surgery sometimes involves the removal of a rib.
Other big league pitchers have been treated for TOS with inconsistent results and varying degrees of success, including Josh Beckett, Chris Carpenter, Jaime Garcia, Matt Harrison, Shaun Marcum and Chris Young.
Thompson removed one of Youngs ribs in a 2013 operation that helped the right-hander make a successful comeback as a major league starter.
Again, anytime that you introduce a significant surgery of this type, I think you have to be cautious about what will happen, Alderson said. But at the same time, I fully expect that Matt will be back and ready to go in 2017.
Harvey, who missed the 2014 season following Tommy John surgery, is 4-10 in 17 starts with a 4.86 ERA 80th among 99 qualifying pitchers in the majors.
He had been scheduled to start Saturday night at Citi Field against Max Scherzer and the NL East-leading Washington Nationals. Right-hander Logan Verrett will pitch Harveys his place and could get a chance to hold down that spot in the rotation.
Verrett is 3-5 with a 4.01 ERA in 23 appearances this season, including five starts.
Well evaluate it, but right now hed be the guy we would lean toward, Collins said. Logans got some big shoes to fill.
Complicating matters for a suddenly fragile Mets rotation, right-hander Zack Wheeler has had several setbacks in his recovery from Tommy John surgery this year. The team initially targeted the All-Star break for his return, but Wheeler hasnt even thrown off a mound yet and theres no longer a timetable for his expected progress.
We have no idea when hes coming, Collins said. Its another huge setback.
Alderson said he is confident, not certain that Wheeler will be back this season.
The defending NL champions trailed Washington by four games going into the opener of their four-game series Thursday night.
Harvey has given up 111 hits in 92 2/3 innings, with 76 strikeouts and 24 walks. He hasnt won since May 30, but he and the team had insisted all season he was healthy.
The Mets reiterated Thursday that the right-hander didnt mention any symptoms until after Mondays outing, when he was tagged by Miami for six runs five earned and 11 hits over 3 2/3 innings before New York rallied from a 6-0 deficit to win.
For the Mets, the news means two of the teams top stars have developed career-threatening health conditions in less than 14 months.
Third baseman David Wright was diagnosed with spinal stenosis last year and missed more than four months. The 33-year-old captain has been sidelined again since late May and is expected to miss the rest of the season following neck surgery to repair a herniated disk.
I dont want it to sound like woe is me but woe is us, Collins said.
Selected seventh overall by the Mets in the 2010 amateur draft out of North Carolina, Harvey blossomed into one of baseballs best pitchers three years later and started the 2013 All-Star Game on his home mound at Citi Field.
He returned from Tommy John surgery last year and went 13-8 with a 2.71 ERA in 29 starts covering a career-high 189 1/3 innings.
Late in the season, agent Scott Boras said doctors recommended that Harvey be limited to approximately 180 innings in his first year back. At first, the pitcher was noncommittal about going beyond that total generating a firestorm in New York with the Mets in the middle of a playoff race.
Soon after, he announced he planned to pitch in October.
Harvey threw an additional 26 2/3 innings in the postseason, going 2-0 in four outings while helping the Mets to their first pennant in 15 years.
He was working on a shutout in Game 5 of the World Series against Kansas City when he pushed to pitch the ninth inning and talked Collins into it. Given a chance to go back out to the mound, Harvey faltered and the Royals rallied to win the championship.

ScHoolBoy Q Drops "Blank Face" Album & "That Part (Remix)"
by Ana Leorne (Google+), 17 June 2016
Earlier this week, ScHoolBoyQ detailed his forthcoming new album Blank Face, which is due out on July 8th via Top Dawg Entertainment. However, one of the things that caught our attention the most was the LP"s cover, which featured the Crying Jordan meme (he even doubled it down with a Donald Trump version).
The thing is, besides being a brilliant artist, ScHoolBoyQ is also a major troll. In a new interview with TMZ, he claimed it was all a joke: "the fact that people actually think that I would use that as my album covers is funny." He also unveiled the proper cover (which you can see below), and it has nothing to do with those b/w fakes.
Stay put for further news about the release of Blank Face.
Body Camera Video In Alton Sterling Shooting May Not Be Available | MSNBC About a month ago, on the heels of the mass shooting in Orlando, House Rules Committee Chairman Pete Sessions (R-Texas) raised a few eyebrows by arguing that the murders werent related to the LGBT community. It was a young persons nightclub, Im told, the congressman said overlooking the fact that Pulse described itself as the hottest gay bar in Orlando.Nearly five weeks later, Sessions told MSNBC, in the wake of the murder of five police officers in Dallas, that he was concerned that officers let their guard down.Perhaps realizing that the comment didnt make any sense, his office clarified soon after that the Texas Republican did not have all of the facts of the case when he made the comment. When MSNBC asked about how a Trump administration might handle these kinds of situations, Sessions initially talked about singling out the most effective police departments as a model for others to follow, before taking his answer in a stranger direction.
This is done not through America having a terrible unemployment problem. Its done through having a vibrant, strong nation where people help each other. And I think Donald Trump will bring 10 million new jobs to America. And we desperately need GDP growth and jobs.
I watched the clip a few times, trying to make heads or tails of this, but Im still not sure what Sessions is trying to say. Putting aside the fact that Trump lacks a credible economic plan one recent independent estimate found that Trumps economic vision would likely create heavy job losses the truth is, the job market has already improved dramatically under President Obama. Since the end of the recession, the U.S. economy has created 14 million jobs, but that hasnt stopped mass shootings.
Addressing societal challenges like these is incredibly difficult, but to assume that Trump has a solution, and that Trump can lower unemployment beyond Obamas successes, is a mistake.
Postscript: Following up on our recent coverage, for those unfamiliar with Sessions background, in 2014,Sessions became strikingly confused about what a witch hunt is. The year before, Sessions said he believes its immoral to extend jobless aid to long-term unemployments [sic]. Around the same time, the congressman said the House should stop worrying about governing and focus exclusively on messaging.Last year, the Texas Republican said he holds President Obama personally accountable for murders committed by undocumented immigrants, pointing to imaginary evidence. Sessions then insistedthe Affordable Care Act costs Americans$5 million per person. (Hewas only off by $4,991,000.)
Donald Trump Get-Rich-Quick Scheme Exposed | Rachel Maddow | MSNBC It was already a tragic week in the United States, with the deaths of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge and Philando Castile in Minnesota in police shootings. These tragedies prompted a series of protests in communities nationwide last night, nearly all of which were held peacefully and without incident. In Dallas, however, terror struck. NBC News reported:
Downtown Dallas was in lockdown early Friday after snipers shot 11 officers, five fatally, during a protest over deadly police shootings of black men elsewhere.
Three people were in custody and a fourth suspect exchanged gunfire with authorities in a parking garage at El Centro Community College into the morning, Dallas Police Chief David Brown said.
NBC Dallas Fort-Worth reported the fourth suspect had been neutralized at around 2:45 a.m. (3:45 ET). Earlier, he had told police negotiators that the end is coming and that there are bombs all over the place in this garage and downtown, Brown said.
As is always the case after a tragedy of this scale, many of the details are still coming together, but reports indicate that multiple snipers targeted law enforcement last night during a peaceful protest. This morning, extensive sweeps of the downtown area are still underway.
While the casualty count may yet change, this was the deadliest attack on American law enforcement since 9/11.
Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings said, Our worst nightmare happened.
President Obama, in Poland for a NATO conference, spoke to Rawlings directly this morning, and condemned the vicious, callous and despicable attack.
The president went on to tell reporters, There is no possible justification for these kinds of attacks or any violence against law enforcement. Anyone involved in the senseless murders will be held fully accountable. Justice will be done. Referring to law enforcement officials, Obama added, Today is a wrenching reminder of the sacrifices they make for us. When people say black lives matter, it doesnt mean that blue lives dont matter.
There will plenty of discussion going forward as we learn more about last nights murders and what can be done to prevent future violence, but there are some early indications that some intend to take the debate in an ugly direction.
Joe Walsh, a former Republican congressman from Illinois, wrote via social media last night in response to the Dallas slayings, This is now war. Watch out Obama. Watch out black lives matter punks. Real America is coming after you.Perhaps realizing that these are the kind of remarks that invite a visit by the Secret Service, the former GOP lawmaker deleted the message soon after, but added a related comment, insisting the presidents rhetoric is responsible for the murders of police officers.
I suspect most reasonable observers will agree comments like these are as irresponsible as they are insane, and we can hope that the broader discussion goes in a more sensible direction.
