Frank Ocean shares new visuals - The 405

Frank Ocean - Pyramids

While many of us picture Frank Ocean"s face when we think about the classic fable, The Boy Who Cried Wolf , it seems his latest move is a clear sign that a Channel ORANGE follow-up might actually happen.

At the stroke of midnight a video appeared on his website, which is being sponsored by (you guessed it) Apple Music. Due to the amount of people currently on the site, it"s not really loading properly for us. However, we"re told it"s either a looped video, or a live stream (update: it"s definitely a live stream).

Is today the day we finally get to hear Boys Don"t Cry? Fingers crossed.

Update: You need to head to the website on Safari (yeah, thanks Apple) for the video to work.

Update 2: Here"s a new picture for you:

Update 3: It"s a loop. It"s a loop. It"s a loop.

Draymond Green Says He Was "Hacked" After n**e Picture Appears On His Snapchat

Demarcus Cousins Impersonates Draymond Greens Jumper | Team USA Making Fun Of Each Others Shots

Draymond Green had an unfortunate incident with Snapchat earlier today.

The Golden State Warriors star forwardsays his account was hacked after a n**e picture (which we wont be posting but can be searched for on Twitter) appeared on his Snapchat story (which is viewable to everyone who follows him).

Green quickly took to Twitter to address the incident.

Hacked, he wrote. (I) cant win right now.

Hacked.. Cant win right now

Draymond Green (@Money23Green) July 31, 2016

Lol sheesh

Draymond Green (@Money23Green) July 31, 2016

The hacked excuse is a common one when stuff like this happens, but that doesnt mean Green isnt telling the truth. Its also possible Green accidentally posted a picture to his Snapchat story that he intended to send privately to someone.

Green was snapchatting most of the day Saturday.

Draymond Green appears to be the only one awake on the Team USA plane. He wont stop bugging his teammates. pic.twitter.com/1mylXov4uc

Kenny Ducey (@KennyDucey) July 30, 2016

The Snapchat incident is pretty ironic, considering Greens playing style came under criticism in the NBA Playoffs after he (on multiple occasions) kicked an opponent in their nether region. Green, 26, ending up being suspended for an NBA Finals game after racking up too many technical/flagrant fouls. His Golden State Warriors lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers in seven games after being up in the series, 3-1. He was suspended for Game 5 and many believe his suspension ended up costing Golden State the series (and a second-straight NBA championship).

Green, who starred collegiately at Michigan State, is part of Team USAs Olympic mens basketball squad which is set to compete in Rio next month. The 2016 Summer Olympic Games begin on Friday, Aug. 5 and run through Sunday, Aug. 21. The mens basketball competition starts on Saturday, Aug. 6.

Team USA has won the gold medal at two straight Summer Olympics.

Historic Ellicott City, Baltimore area hit with deadly flash flooding

1 dead, several missing after Ellicott City flooding

Last Updated Jul 31, 2016 2:55 PM EDT

BALTIMORE -- At least two people have been found dead after severe flooding left a path of devastation across the state on Saturday night, according to Howard County spokesperson Andy Barth.

Barth told CBS Baltimore on Sunday the body of a woman was found dead in Howard County, but could not confirm her identity at this time. Barth said later a man had also been found dead amid the flooding.

Governor Larry Hogan signed an Executive Order declaring a state of emergency in Howard County on Sunday morning, according to a press release from his office.

One of the areas hardest hit was Historic Ellicott City, where floodwaters left a trail of devastation, damaging buildings, vehicles and roads. First responders there made "numerous water rescues," according to fire officials.

County officials urged many residents to relocate to higher ground in case an upstream dam should fail.

There was "tremendous damage" to buildings and vehicles in Ellicott, but there were no injuries reported there, Howard County Executive Allan Kittleman told CBS Baltimore in a phone interview.

In the aftermath, parts of Main Street in Historic Ellicott City had collapsed. Displaced residents from homes under evacuation orders were offered shelter at the county recreation center.

Courtney Weglein, who captured dramatic video of the flooding, said the water got so high at one point that a man had to be carried to safety. "It was insane," she recalled. "It was a flash flood. I literally came here, I thought we"re going to have dinner. Within five minutes, it was panic and my friend was pulling someone out of there, and I"ve never seen anything like it."

Another man told CBS Baltimore the water came all the way up to his waist. The floodwaters swept some cars into others. Others weren"t as fortunate; one plunged nose first into a channel and another was completely totaled.

"You know, all I can say is, I"m just happy to be alive," said Weglein.

Ellicott City, just west of Baltimore, is consistently ranked among the best places to live in America by Money magazine.

The picture wasn"t any prettier in Baltimore, where city police reported about 9:40 p.m. that Interstate 83 between Falls Road and Coldspring Lane was closed due to flooding, and advised drivers to take alternate routes. The roadway has since reopened.

City firefighters saved a driver who was stuck on top of their car near the corner of Clipper Mill and Union Road about 9 p.m. as rushing waters carried other vehicles away.

The flooding near Jones Falls Expressway was so bad, as many as 20 vehicles were stranded in the rising waters. Several nearby agencies, including Harford County Fire Rescue, were called in to help rescue those trapped inside their vehicles.

Earlier in the evening, the National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning for Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Howard and Montgomery counties until 4:15 a.m. Sunday.

In Carroll County, viewer Cindy reported heavy flooding on Baust Church Road in Union Bridge. Drivers could be seen stranded amid rushing waters on Woodstock Road in Howard County in video submitted by Kelsey.

At its peak, the severe weather knocked out power to more than 10,000 customers spread across Baltimore, Howard and Montgomery counties and Baltimore City, according to BGE"s outage map, including nearly 8,000 in Howard alone.

The total number of outages has since dropped as crews work to restore power and water service to affected residents.

As of 11 p.m., in Howard County, Frederick Road remained closed between Toll House Road and Main Street in Ellicott City. Route 108 was closed at Ten Mills Road. Little Patuxent Parkway was closed between Columbia Road and U.S. 29.

Police and first responders have urged residents to be safe by staying indoors and avoid getting on the roads.

MLB Notes: Indians acquire Andrew Miller from Yankees; Brewers" Jonathan Lucroy vetos agreed deal

Andrew Miller Ultimate 2015 Highlights

Phillies (48-58) at Braves (36-68)1:35 p.m. on CSN

Two sellers take the field in Atlanta one day before the trade deadline. Jerad Eickhoff is the starter for the Phillies as they try to take three of four from the last-place Braves.

Here are five things to know for Sunday afternoon"s game:

1. Eickhoff and the curveFor the third time in four starts, Eickhoff took a loss on Tuesday in Miami. The loss said little about his actual performance though.

Eickhoff returned to form in his seven-inning performance, allowing just one run on five hits and a walk. He struck out eight and would have gotten a win if his lineup had, you know, scored. The game was his 12th loss, which leads baseball, but it was more a funciton of his 3.25 runs of support per start, one of the worst marks in baseball.

Stats-wise, there were two big numbers in Tuesday"s start for Eickhoff: 28 and eight. He threw 28 curveballs, which helped him strike out eight Marlins. It was his highest strikeout total since July 4 against the Braves, who he"ll face on Sunday.

But let"s focus on the curveball. He threw it 31 percent of the time on Tuesday, his highest percentage for a start since May 11 (also against Atlanta). Could Eickhoff"s curve be a key to unlocking success? He had struggled with the same Marlins lineup just five days prior and the mid-70s curve provides a strong contrast to his low-90s fastball.

How Eickhoff utilizes his curveball on Sunday will be interesting to watch. The Braves have certainly seen him and that pitch before, although they have a shuffling cast that could be different from the beginning of the month. Can Eickhoff simply stick with his fastball and slider to stop the weak Braves" offense, or will the curveball play a big role this afternoon?

2. Crowded outfield in AtlantaThe Braves got out from under a Hector Olivera"s contract on Saturday night just to take on Matt Kemp"s big money in a deal with San Diego Padres. Olivera, who was arrested for domestic violence, was promptly designated for assignment by the Padres, so the Braves essentially took on a bigger deal for slightly more production.

Kemp is far from his old self. He is still an above-average hitter, but is deep in decline. He has hit 23 home runs (as many as he did last season), b, so he still has power. Kemp is batting .262, his worst batting average since 2010 and has drawn just 16 walks to 100 strikeouts.

It doesn"t help that Kemp isn"t very fleet of foot. He can play a barely passable corner outfield at this point and hasn"t played centerfield since 2014.

With young outfielders like Ender Inciarte, Jace Pederson and Mallex Smith in Atlanta and Nick Markakis under contract for a few more seasons, it makes little sense for Kemp to be on the Braves" young roster. At least as long as Markakis is there, which may not be the case after the trade deadline.

A player who is traded has three days to report, so Kemp may not be in the lineup on Sunday. However, the Phillies will certainly see him in a Braves uniform later this season and likely in the years to come. He has a .310 average in 56 career games against the Phillies, hitting nine home runs and compiling 33 RBI. But remember, he"s not the Kemp of old.

3. Scouting De La CruzJoel De La Cruz will be the Braves starter on Sunday afternoon. He was a reliever for them in the series opener on Thursday. Because he isn"t fully stretched out, one has to imagine he won"t be lasting very long into Sunday"s game.

De La Cruz is a 27-year-old rookie who bounced around the Brewers, Nationals and Yankees" farm systems for the last decade before making his debut with the Braves this year. The 6-foot-1 righty made two starts, one against the Phillies, before moving the to the bullpen.

In his first start against the Phillies, he got through six innings on July 4 (against Eickhoff) and allowed seven runs (four earned and all in second inning) on nine hits. He didn"t walk anyone but allowed home runs to Odubel Herrera and Maikel Franco.

On Thursday, he needed just four pitches to retire two batters.

De La Cruz relies on a low 90s sinker that he throws more than half the time. His offspeed offerings include a mid-80s slider and change-up. Hitters have had far more success off his sinker than his off-speed stuff, but it is also a small sample size.

Since the start against the Phillies, he has a 3.68 ERA in 7 1/3 innings out of the bullpen.

4. Players to watchPhillies: Maikel Franco had a bad night all around while the Phillies offense scored nine runs on Saturday. He went 0 for 5 and misplayed a ball in the ninth inning to prolong the game (scored a hit). How will he bounce back?

Braves: If it wasn"t for a $135 million contract, it"d be easy to feel bad for Freddie Freeman. He"s in the midst of another good year for the Braves, but he"s under contract through 2022 for a team that is far from contention.

5. This and that In three starts this season against Atlanta, Jerad Eickhoff is 2-1 with a 2.37 ERA. That means 33 percent of his wins have come against the MLB-worst Braves.

Freeman is 5 for 12 in his career against Eickhoff with a solo home run. Markakis is 3 for 10 with two RBI.

Herrera and Cesar Hernandez both had multiple hits off De La Cruz in the July 4 start.
