How to watch Neymar, Brazil vs. Germany in Olympic final on TV, stream, live blog

"Neymar Amazing Penalty Goal" | Brazil vs Germany 1-1 (5-4)|Olympic Football Rio 2016 Final

Brazil has done it. Just two years after getting crushed by Germany 7-1 in the World Cup semifinals on home soil, the South Americans got their revenge.

Brazil beat Germany 5-4 in penalty kicks in Saturday"s gold medal game at the Maracana, with Neymar scoring the winning kick as the hosts were perfect from the spot after playing to 1-1 after 120 minutes.

Neymar had opened the scoring in the first half with a perfect free kick, but Maxi Meyer"s well-taken goal in the second half evened things up. Neither team would go in front in regulation or extra time as it went to penalty kicks, where Brazil"s Weverton came up big at 4-4 with a stop on Nils Petersen, and Neymar finished off the fifth kick to achieve Olympic glory.

The win sees Brazil claim its first Olympic gold in men"s soccer. The team lost the 2012 final to Mexico.

FC Barcelona Ultimate Rush Review

Rueda de prensa íntegra de Luis Enrique (19/08/2016)

When I initially heard the title FC Barcelona Ultimate Rush, I assumed the game was some sort of soccer simulation. I was wrong. Although the main characters are soccer superstars, FCB Ultimate Rush is actually an endless runner geared towards every gamer. Available on Poki, this game is very well-designed, and it has a deep questing and reward system thats got me downright addicted.

The premise is simple: run, collect gold, and dont get hit. Fans of the endless runner genre will know exactly how to play instantly. You can run left and right to dodge big obstacles, leap over short ones, and slide underneath overhead dangers. But, FC Barcelona Ultimate Rush (you can play it But, FC Barcelona Ultimate Rush (you can play it here) has a few tricks up its sleeve. During each run, your player can pick up soccer b***s. Then, when a bulls-eye is visible on a crate, you can kick the ball through the box. Hit the target for a big reward, and repeat. Theres also a special bonus round that begins in the middle of certain runs. Your athlete will magically appear in the middle of Camp Nou. Surrounded by thousands of cheering fans, you can jump to perform perfect headers and score even more.

Most endless runners dont feature a handful of the worlds best athletes. FC Barcelona Ultimate Rush is an exception, containing real superstars, including Lionel Messi and Neymar Junior. Even if you dont follow Spains legendary football club, its hard not to like these players. Each athlete, from Bravo to Suarez, has a special skill for better performances. Many of the skills can be thought of as power-ups, providing a quick boost of energy or strength during a run. After amassing enough gold, you can level up each skill to set even higher scores.

A major aspect of FC Barcelona Ultimate Rush is the quest campaign. There are multiple challenges within nearly 20 different quests. These include collections of small, attainable goals, such as gathering 150 coins or hitting 6 targets during one run. Much like a campaign in an RPG, the quests in this game are stepping stones towards a bigger goal. They start out easy and gradually become more and more difficult. In order to complete the mid-level and advanced quests, you must have a healthy squad of upgraded players.

Scratchers add another fun element to the game. Perhaps better known as scratch cards, these fun mini-games give you the chance to win additional rewards. You can earn scratchers by finishing quests and individual challenges. Scratchers are a lot of fun because the odds of winning are quite favorable. I seem to get at least a small reward nearly every time I play.

Certain games have unstoppable mass appeal. If youre not a soccer player or FIFA fan, dont worry; you dont need to know a thing about soccer to enjoy FC Barcelona Ultimate Rush. Instead, enjoy this game for what it is: a slick, entertaining endless runner thats loosely based around the best soccer players in Spain.

Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic leave Manchester United fans basking in superstars" glow

Manchester United vs Southampton 2016 2-0 All Goals and Highlights 19.08.2016

It"s been missing since Cristiano Ronaldo left and a long time coming but last night Old Trafford finally saw the return of the WOW Factor.

Once synonymous with dazzling stars like Eric Cantona, David Beckham and Ronaldo, many believe Manchester United lost their way in the latter days of Sir Alex Ferguson"s reign as the very top drawer players evaded them.

And maybe Wayne Rooney excepted - they"ve certainly been in a super-star free zone since Fergie unplugged his hairdryer.

If any club have thrived on having true superstars in their ranks it"s been United.

And for the first time in years one look at the team-sheet for Friday"s clash with Southampton sent pulses racing amongst United fans.

Pogba is the world"s most expensive playerZlatan, a freebie, proved to be the difference maker

United fans don"t just want entertainment - they demand it.

And finally the Theatre of Dreams once again crackled with the anticipation of great days and nights to come.

With Jose Mourinho taking charge of United for the first time at home the Galacticos he"s assembled this summer delivered the stardust the fans have been crying out for.

Even before kick-off when the PA announcer ran through United"s line-up the roof came off Old Trafford especially when he got to 89 million debutant Paul Pogba and new darling Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Chuck in arguably the best keeper in the world in David de Gea, the potential of defender Eric Bailly and French striker Anthony Martial and it"s no wonder the juices are flowing again in the red half of Manchester.

Mourinho just loves star quality and he"s spent the summer making sure United"s dressing room is jammed with big names.

Ibrahimovic is already on the way to achieving legendary status. Many more nights like this and it won"t be long coming.

Ibrahimovic headed home the first goal for UnitedHe doubled his own tally from the penalty spotHe is already on his way to claiming legendary status at Manchester United

His first half goal almost a carbon copy of his Community Shield header against Leicester - was a throwback moment to when United were once a dominant force while his penalty was scored with a swagger.

And how the crowd lapped it up after the dismay and despair of the short lived days of David Moyes and Louis van Gaal.

Under the Dutchman fans dreaded going to see their team. And with endless passing backwards or across the defensive line who could blame them?

They craved attacking adventure and Mourinho"s signings are the beginning of a transformation he hopes will restore United"s DNA.

It"s a work in progress of course.

But you know for sure Mourinho"s mentor and the man he still calls The Boss Fergie will approve after fearing all he"d built was slipping away.

Rio Olympics 2016: Gwen Jorgensen wins triathlon, Britain"s Vicky Holland gets bronze

Specialized Racing - Day in the life - Gwen Jorgensen
GB"s Holland wins triathlon bronze as Jorgensen wins

Vicky Holland won Britain"s 62nd medal at the Rio Olympics with bronze in the women"s triathlon - then apologised for beating compatriot, best friend and housemate Non Stanford into fourth.

American world champion Gwen Jorgensen took Olympic gold ahead of Swiss defending champion Nicola Spirig.

"I think the first thing I said to her was "I"m so sorry"," Holland said.

"I knew it would come down to me and Non, which was the worst thing ever because I wanted it to be us together."

The 30-year-old became the first British woman to win an Olympic triathlon medal.

And her bronze was Britain"s third triathlon medal in Rio after Alistair Brownlee won gold in the men"s race and brother Jonny took silver.

Jorgensen and Spirig broke clear of the pack on the early stages of the 10km run, which followed a 1,500m open-water swim from Copacabana Beach and a 40km bike stage.

The American - world champion in 2014 and 2015 - moved out on her own to win in a time of one hour 56 minutes 16 seconds.

Spirig faded to finish 40 seconds back and claim her second Olympic medal after gold in London four years ago.

Welsh triathlete Stanford, the 2013 world champion, looked on course to win bronze, but was overtaken by Holland in the charge for the line and lost out by three seconds.

The third Briton, Helen Jenkins, came 19th, with the Republic of Ireland"s Aileen Reed 21st.

Fabienne St Louis of Mauritius competed despite being diagnosed with cancer in December, but pulled out after the swim.

For one athlete, her participation in the Games is extra special.Reaction

Holland said: "I"ve had a rollercoaster 24 hours. I"ve been a bit sick and didn"t know how I would feel today.

"I had to put out of my mind that we"re best mates and housemates.

"Non is a huge part of what I do. Half of this medal is hers. I wouldn"t be the athlete I am if it wasn"t for her. I moved in with Non at the end of 2013 and I"ve become an exponentially better athlete for it."

GB flat-mates Holland & Stanford "have one medal in the house"

Stanford said: "I feel a bit mixed. I"m delighted Vicky got the medal we came as a team to get.

"I don"t think I could ask much more of myself. Fourth is probably the worst place to come but it"s still fourth at the Olympics. We have one medal in the home now and we can put it on display."

Jenkins said: "I haven"t been 100% the last couple of days. I thought I was fine but when we got to the hill I didn"t really have that top end power.

"I don"t want to make excuses; I wasn"t good enough. It isn"t anything too serious, on this kind of course if you are a per cent off it is not going to happen.

"I gave it everything, I finished and I know I couldn"t have done any more."

This was only the fifth time the women"s triathlon has been held in an Olympic Games A total of 56 triathletes started the competition, but only 48 finished

Angelina Jolie dresses up in flowing white as she brings children to the mall

Angelina Jolie receives the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award at the 2013 Governors Awards

Angelina Jolie bought a touch of Hollywood glamour to a LA mall on Sunday.

The Maleficent star looked heaven sent as she was spotted in a Westfield shopping centre wearing a billowing white ensemble.

She was joined by two of her six children, 12-year-old Pax and 11-year-old Zahara.

Me And My Babies: On Sunday, Angelina Jolie was spotted taking her children Pax and Zahara to the mall in Los Angeles

Nest-building: The 41-year-old had adopted Zahara from Addis Ababa in 2005, with Brad Pitt obtaining joint legal custody the following year

The Unbroken director draped a cream shawl about her white dress such that it almost resembled a caftan. n**e ankle-strap flats accentuated the look.

The 41-year-old pulled her hair into a flowing ponytail, accessorising her outfit with large black aviator sunglasses and a fard poudre Yves Saint Laurent Sac de Jour tote.

In February, the Girl, Interrupted star and her husband Brad Pitt began renting a 14,700-a-month pad in Surrey. The sprawling eight-bedroom property was meant to house the family for only six months, whilst the 51-year-old filmed the sequel to World War Z.

Yet in the intervening time, rumours abounded that Jolie was mulling the possibility of settling permanently in Britain to focus on politics. Whether those plans are still in the offing, or have been scuttled, remains uncomfirmed.

Two out of six: Pax, despite being older than Zahara, was adopted a year later from Ho Chi Minh City

Pax and Zahara are a third of the Lara Croft: Tomb Rader actress" progeny. Though Pax is older, Zahara had been adopted earlier when Jolie plucked her from Addis Ababa during her infancy in 2005.

By the following year, Pitt obtained joint legal custody of Zahara, as well as Jolie"s previously adopted son Maddox. After the first biological Jolie-Pitt child, Shiloh, was born in 2006, the Changeling actress developed a yen for another adoption.

In 2007, she took in the then three-year-old Pax from Ho Chi Minh City. On paper, she underwent the process solo, Vietnamese law not permitting her and the Inglourious Basterds star to adopt out of wedlock.

In 2008, Jolie gave birth to her and the 51-year-old"s biological twins, Knox and Vivienne, in Nice.

Four years later, having amassed a total of six children, the Mr & Mrs Smith co-stars married in the chapel of their Chteau Miraval in the south of France.

Matteo Piano, Italy go for Olympic gold in men"s volleyball

Hawaii vs Stanford - Full Game Men"s Volleyball Highlights (2/12/16)

AP 1:29 p.m. EDT August 20, 2016

RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) In March, Matteo Piano chose to have his second back surgery in about seven months and fix a painful herniated disk. He knew if he didn"t get the operation, there would be no way he"d be playing for Italy at the Olympics.

It was all worth it. Piano is going for gold on Sunday.

Now, Piano points to the heavy tape wrapped around his tender right calf that he hurt against Brazil, though there"s no way a minor injury "It"s just a muscle pull," he insists will keep him off the court. There will be plenty of time to recover once he has returned home from Rio de Janeiro.

"To be here today, it was incredible, because nobody thought I could be here," Piano said. "It"s one step. My body feels good."

As mighty Italy looks tough to beat, Brazil has no plans of going down lightly playing for gold in its home Olympics, reaching the final when the two-time defending champion Brazilian women could not. Fabiana and the women fell to China in a five-set quarterfinal match.

"First of all, it is a final. It"s different from anything else," Brazil"s William Arjona said. "At home, we are not going to let this get away from us. Regardless of our film study, our commitment, our will to win will be 1,000 percent on Sunday. We will leave everything on the court."

Brazil avenged a loss to Russia in the 2012 London Games gold-medal match with a straight-set victory Friday night. The Brazilians are in their fourth straight final and chasing their first Olympic championship since 2004 in Athens.

That is fueling this fired-up team, backed by the raucous home crowd at Maracanazinho arena.

"It is a game nobody forgets. We had a big lead," Brazil"s Lucas Saatkamp said of the 2012 Olympic loss to Russia. "We almost had the gold medal around our necks and they took it from us."

Italy, too, has plenty of motivation. The Italians want to win it all after settling for bronze four years ago.

Piano knew this would be a memorable run for his close-knit team.

He had his first back procedure before the World Cup in Japan last September, for a different issue than the March procedure.

"I had the choice, because I chose to have the operation only to be here in the Olympic Games," he said. "If I didn"t do the operation, I wouldn"t be here."

All of that is in the past for Piano.

He is focused on reaching the top step of the podium on Sunday after Italy outlasted the United States 30-28, 26-28, 9-25, 25-22, 15-9 and left U.S. coach John Speraw predicting gold for the powerful Italians.

"Yeah! Yes!" Piano said shortly afterward, still overjoyed by the team"s triumph against the U.S. in an instant Olympic classic. "It"s the best thing I"ve had in my life and in sport."

On Friday, once the Italians decided to focus on the present and not look forward at any medal matches, "We flew!" Piano said.

Italy is a deep team and the Brazilians realize their next opponent is capable of coming back at any point behind a star-studded lineup and the brilliant serving of Ivan Zaytsev, who served three straight aces in the fourth set against the U.S. as Italy used a 6-0 run to force a fifth.

"It"s a balanced team and I think they have been the most consistent team so far in the tournament," Saatkamp said.

For Italy, it has taken commitments from every player to make the goal for gold a reality like the spirit and determined pursuit of Piano.

"We tried to create from the work up this last year such a family ambience on the national team," Zaytsev said. "Every part of this team is trying to give his best also like a person, from the human aspect so we are becoming like a family. So, Matteo Piano, he"s a part of this family and his desire to be part of this family is really, really huge."

Chicago Air and Water Show ready for take-off

2014 Chicago Air & Water Show - US Navy Blue Angels

CHICAGO (WLS) --

The 58th Annual Chicago Air and Water Show got off to a late start on the lakefront Saturday because of a weather delay.

The show was originally set to start at 10 a.m., but scattered storms moving through the area forced the delay until around 11:15 a.m. Free to the public, the official show takes place Saturday and Sunday on Lake Michigan from Fullerton to Oak Street. North Avenue Beach serves as the show"s center.

The show was originally scheduled to end at 3 p.m., but may be extended because of the delay. On Sunday, the show is scheduled to run from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

People showed up early to North Avenue Beach prepared for the inclement weather with umbrellas and ponchos.

Organizers said that they have a great show planned and are prepared for the weather. The F-35, Sean Tucker, the U.S. Army Parachute Team Golden Knights and the U.S. Navy Parachute Team Leap Frogs were among the participants on Saturday in an abbreviated show.

Former Bear Charles Tillman was scheduled to jump with the Golden Knights to start the show Saturday, but it was pushed back until Sunday because of the delay.

The Office of Emergency Management is on site for this weekend"s show to monitor the weather conditions and clear the beach when necessary. Air and Water Show Manager John Trick also keeps a close eye on the weather.

"We"re constantly monitoring the weather and we keep tabs on it," Trick said. "Several hours out, we know if it"s going to be a bad storm. We"ve got our emergency plan in place that we can evacuate the beach area."

A crowd of several hundred thousand people is expected this weekend.

"Public safety is number one in our books," said David Kennedy with the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events. "We work with our first responders that are up and down the lakefront. We"ve got a public address system that is also able to reach people. We"ve got an alert system that we can update people if they signed up for that via text for via email."

Announcements will be made at North Avenue Beach for all weather delays.

On Friday, a practice run of the show gave people waiting below on North Avenue Beach a preview of some of the planes, jets, and tricks these pilots can pull off. Every year the air and water show tries to introduce something new to impress the crowd.

"The F-35 is new this year," said Trick. "That"s our new plane that"s making its debut around the country. We"re honored to have it at the Air and Water Show this year. It is probably the most high-tech plane that"s out in the air right now...stealth the armament, all of the advanced warning systems on it at air shows, it"s supposed to be the superior plane in the world right now," and this year is no different.

The Air Force Thunderbirds flew low over the crowd as they planned out this weekend"s runs. Also planned -- a tribute to the Army Golden Knights parachutist Master Sergeant Corey Hood, who died during a jump in last year"s show.

"They"re skilled, it was just a freak accident that happened and the men and women of the military, they put their lives at risk for everything, training shows or in warfare," said Trick.

Johnny James hasn"t missed an Air and Water Show in 40 years.

"It"s summer you better get out there and enjoy because winter"s right around the corner," he said.
