Fedex raises quarterly dividend by 60% to 40 cents

Shares of FedEx Corp. FDX, +1.09% gained in Monday"s extended session after the shipping company hiked its quarterly dividend to 40 cents a share from 25 cents a share. The dividend will be payable on July 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 16. Fedex shares rose 0.4% in after hours.
