Winter Weather to Hit Portland Oregon on Saturday February 8, 2014
This weekend is shaping up to be another iconic portland christmas or beginning of Hanukkah: rain, maybe a little sun and then eight tiny reindeer dashing through patchy freezing fog.
Saturday is expected to be cold and rainy until mid-morning, then cold and partly sunny the rest of the day, according to the National Weather Service. With a high of 42, bring your jacket for any holiday merriment.
Sunday will be a little sunnier but with a high of 41. However, if you"re driving to grandma"s house, be prepared for some patchy freezing fog, according to the National Weather Service.
Next week will look largely the same, with a rotating mix of rain, fog and maybe a little snow.
