Margot Robbie marries Tom Ackerley

Margot Robbie Learned to Hold Her Breath for Five Minutes for Suicide Squad
Margot Robbie and Tom Ackerley tie the knot

Sorry, guys and gals, but it would appear that Margot Robbie, who stole the show as the sexy and psychotic Harley Quinn in this past Summer"s "Suicide Squad" is officially off the market. Rumors swirled across the internet and various social media platforms on Monday that the actress had indeed tied the knot. While the speculation was running rampant, the news was later confirmed when the actress posted a picture to her official Instagram account.

Marriage rumors confirmed via Instagram photo for Margot Robbie and Tom Ackerley

The photo in question shows the actress with her hand in clear focus, and an unmistakeable ring on her finger. Along with this, one can see the pair sharing a blurred kiss in the background, confirming, without a doubt, that the two are now, officially married. While photo captions can sometimes be just as telling, and just as important as the photos themselves, in this case, however, the Instagram photo didn"t need one, as the photo clearly speaks for itself.

Chance meeting on set for Margot Robbie and Tom Ackerley

While the pair did tie the knot this weekend, the Australian actress and the British Assistant Director first met in 2013 on the set of the World War II drama "Suite Francaise."

What"s next for Margot Robbie?

At just 26-years-old, Margot Robbie is fast becoming the new "It" girl in #Hollywood, and her star is only going to get bigger from here on out. Many viewers shared the sentiment that margot robbie"s take as the deliciously demented Harley Quinn in "Suicide Squad" was the one bright spot in an otherwise lackluster film. On top of all of this, her portrayal of the character catapulted Harley Quinn to the forefront of everyone"s minds, as there was a spike in Harley Quinn-related costumes this past Halloween. On top of which, there has even been talk of a potential standalone Harley Quinn spin-off film in the works as well.

The actress will also reprise her role as Harley Quinn in the confirmed "Gotham City Sirens," so that leaves a great deal to look forward to in both the near and distant future. #Celebrities

Jackie Evancho is a performer with talent and class

Jackie Evancho - To Believe - The Original - HD

PG columnist Tony Normans slight regarding jackie evanchos selection to sing the national anthem at the 2017 presidential inauguration is laughable (Good Entertainment Is So Hard to Find, Dec. 16).

Donald Trump couldnt get Beyonce or Katie Perry? Quite possibly the new administration simply chose to have a performer who arguably may be the best pure singing talent today. Certainly her rendition of one of our treasured national ballads will be memorable and performed with class and dignity.

Perhaps that is why President Barack Obama chose her to sing at the National Christmas Tree Lighting in 2010 and at the National Prayer Breakfast in 2012.

Which job is better: Jacksonville or Los Angeles?

Seahawks vs. Packers | NFL Week 14 Game Highlights

At 5:53 p.m. ET Sunday night, a second head coaching vacancy opened up. The Jacksonville Jaguars announced that they"d parted ways with Gus Bradley after three-plus seasons, 14 wins and 48 losses. They join the Los Angeles Rams in the early hunt for a new head coach, opting for the strategy utilized by the Eagles last year. Philadelphia fired then-head coach Chip Kelly after Week 16 in order to conduct thorough exit interviews with players and get a jump start on the coaching carousel.

There are plenty of intriguing names out there as we listed in our latest head coaching candidates list. NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport also brought to our attention that Cowboys offensive coordinator Scott Linehan could be a hot name in the coming weeks during GameDay Morning.

But of those available candidates, is there a job they"d covet more? Here"s a look at both openings as they stand now and some thoughts on which may be a more desirable vacancy for a potential head coach. To be clear, this piece does not reflect the opinion of any current or prospective head coach. These views are mine only.

Better offense: This could come down to preference. Clearly, Blake Bortles has the ability to hurl a bunch of touchdowns and has two very good wide receivers (Allen Robinson, Allen Hurns) to help him do it. However, his mechanical regression in Year 3 might be scary to some coaches who will have to find a strong support staff to prop him back up again. Perhaps a coach prefers the blank canvas feel of former No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff, who will end up having a minimum of seven NFL starts under his belt by the time a new head coach is installed. If the Jaguars have a slight advantage at wide receiver, the Rams have a clear advantage at running back with a wash when it comes down to offensive line.

Advantage: TIE. There will be coaches who feel Todd Gurley complements their personal style better, where others will covet the talented, home grown wideouts in Jacksonville.

Better defense:I think everyone will jump to the eventual answer immediately, but let"s think on this for a second. Aaron Donald is one of the three best defensive players in football. Having that single entity to disrupt a game plan will be very enticing and surrounding him with Robert Quinn and Michael Brockers -- both under team control for the foreseeable future -- has to be a big recruiting advantage. Dealing with the Trumaine Johnson situation quickly and ensuring that Los Angeles has at least one top-flight cornerback installed for the long-term could help. But ... I think there will be coaches out there who love Jacksonville"s defensive potential. Jalen Ramsey had a very, very good rookie season and is only getting better. Malik Jackson didn"t vanish as many suspected, either and was playing just as well as the Jurrell Casey"s and Linval Joseph"s of the world. Add that into a fresh start with talented but woefully under-used rookie Myles Jack and former No. 3 overall pick Dante Fowler and you might have something. It"s certainly not a deterrent.

Advantage: Los Angeles

Better chance to "win now": I don"t see a near future that does not include the Seahawks atop the NFC West, and if you would like to bet against Bruce Arians after a down year go right on ahead. L.A. will be slightly more attractive because of the personnel, but Jacksonville will be attractive because of their combination of personnel and the division they currently sit in. The AFC South has been miserable in 2016, with the Texans finally admitting to a massive mistake and benching Brock Osweiler. The Titans are certainly on the rise, and the Colts should not be counted out, but is there any doubt a good head coach can come in and make the Jaguars competitive right away?

Advantage: Jacksonville

Better "life situation": This is all-encompassing and, again, could come down to preference. Los Angeles is the bigger market and will come with far more pressure. You will have brand new facilities at your disposal eventually as well as a massive space station stadium coming in 2019 that you might or might not have to share. In Jacksonville, you"re going to a place that just wants to be in the mix. The team has also promised to renovate an already renovated EverBank Stadium and blend it in with the Jacksonville River District over the coming years, which could create a pretty unique atmosphere.

Some other points to consider: Jaguars owner Shad Khan is an advantage. His patience and understanding with Gus Bradley would be attractive to any head coach. This is not to say he will tolerate losing, but he seems more open minded and independent of the group thought that so often drives decisions. Florida also has no state income tax, and the Jaguars have shown a willingness to be open to "new" statistics and innovations (that, depending on the coach could theoretically also be a disadvantage).

Advantage:Jacksonville

While all NFL jobs are open for a reason (meaning that a coach is not walking into the chance to coach the Pittsburgh Steelers), both of these certainly have their strong points. The next head coaches of the Jaguars and Rams could be starting with much, much less.

Electoral College: What to Know About Today"s Vote

Rallies, protests planned at Texas Capitol during Electoral College vote

Electoral College members are meeting today across the country to place their votes for president of the United States.

It is a constitutionally mandated ritual every four years, and while it is normally just a procedural process that doesn"t get much attention, this year Americans will watch with interest.

The electoral college"s usually ceremonial role has come under focus in the aftermath of the 2016 election because of a number of factors including that Democrat Hillary Clinton won the national popular vote by a significant margin, and the CIA"s and FBI"s finding that Russia used hacking to try to influence the election.

In light of these circumstances, pundits and members of the public are considering what role the 538 electors can and should play in deciding the final outcome of the election.

Public demonstrations opposed to Trump are expected in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., today to encourage electors to vote in line with the national popular vote, protest organizers said. The Progressive Change Campaign Committee, which is spearheading several of the events, said its goal is to talk to electors as they enter the meetings in their states to help them feel supported should they decide to cast their ballots in line with the popular vote.

While it is possible that a few electors who are pledged to Trump could go faithless and vote for Clinton or another candidate, most experts expect that Trump will get the 270 electoral votes he needs to win.

Here are some quick insights into the Electoral College vote:

What is happening today? Electors will gather in their respective state capitols to engage in a voting process that is open to the press. The earliest results will likely come in after 10 a.m. Eastern time and the latest around 7 p.m. Eastern time.

Who are the electors? The Electoral College has 538 members, a number drawn from the sum of the number of U.S. senators and House members plus three electors for Washington, D.C. All states except Maine and Nebraska are winner take all, meaning that the candidate who wins a state"s popular vote gets all that state"s electors. Maine and Nebraska do it differently: Two electors vote for whoever won the state popular vote, and one elector from each congressional district votes for whoever won that district.

In most states, electors are chosen among political party activists. "Generally, the parties select members known for their loyalty and service to the party, such as party leaders, state and local elected officials and party activists," reads the National Conference of State Legislatures website.

Faithless electors? ABC News has identified only one elector pledged to Trump Chris Suprun from Texas who has said he won"t vote for the Republican candidate. Suprun in an interview on ABC News" "Nightline" this week referred to the Russian hacking, saying he was "concerned when a foreign government intrudes on our elections. They"re not doing it with our best interest in mind. I don"t think we deserve a classified briefing, but I do think we should get as many facts as information we can without compromising sources or methods that the intelligence community can provide."

What about Russia? As of Sunday, 80 electors, all but one of whom are pledged to Clinton, have signed a letter urging Director of National Intelligence James Clapper to give them classified briefings on Russia"s hacking and any of its other cyberactivities related to U.S. elections. Christine Pelosi, who spearheaded the action and is House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi"s daughter, said electors needed to be fully informed on the issue before they cast their votes.

What about Hamilton? Founding Father Alexander Hamilton warned in Federalist Paper No. 68 that there may be "the desire in foreign powers to gain an improper ascendant in our councils." The Electoral College, he implied, could serve as a fail-safe to prevent a candidate who may represent the interests of a foreign power from taking office. Some political activists and Hollywood celebrities opposed to Trump have said Hamilton"s words provide a basis for electors to vote against Trump on Monday.

Could faithless electors put Clinton in office? Trump has 306 electors pledged to him and needs at least 270 to win. So at least 37 electors pledged to Trump would have to be faithless and vote for Clinton or another candidate for him to lose. Thirty states have laws that require electors to vote as pledged. However, no elector in any state has ever been penalized or replaced, and none of those state laws have been fully vetted by the courts, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures.

The last time an elector crossed party lines was in 1972, when an elector nominated by the Republican Party cast his ballot for the Libertarian ticket, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures.

Faithless electors" votes would probably still be counted, according to Richard Winger, the editor of Ballot Access News. He said there have been 157 faithless electors in our history, and Congress has counted every one of those votes, except in the case of three electors who voted for a dead man, Horace Greeley, in 1872. But Ned Foley of the Moritz College of Law said Congress could still stop potential faithless electors, telling ABC News, "Even if there were 37 faithless electors, ultimately what matters is what Congress does on Jan. 6," when it counts electors" votes.

Congress certifies the final election results.

What if no one gets to 270? In the highly unlikely event that neither Clinton nor Trump gets 270 electoral votes, then the House of Representatives chooses the next president, with each state delegation getting one vote, and the Senate picks the next vice president, with each senator casting a ballot.

Transformers: Forged To Fight Takes Kabam"s Fighting Game To ...

Transformers: The Last Knight Official Trailer #1 (2017) Mark Wahlberg Action Movie HD

When mobile developer Kabam announced robot battler Transformers: Forged To Fight earlier this month, I assumed it was little more than a reskin of popular mobile fighter Marvel: Contest of Champions. With features like ranged attacks and 3D movement, its more like an evolution.

Following the Forged to Fight announcement I had a chance to speak to the games creative director, Cuz Parry, and while I mainly wanted to get a feel for which generations of Transformers characters were up for inclusion in this springs mobile bot fighter, he gave me some insight into the fighting system as well.

Marvel: Contest of Champions is a fighting game that features 3D characters fighting on a 2D plane. Players tap, swipe and touch the screen of their tablet or phone to initiate attacks, block incoming damage and activate super moves. While dodging plays a role, the main back and forth is between hits and blocks.

Having spent the past two years working on Contest of Champions, Parry sees Transformers: Forged to Fight as a chance to implement fresh fighting game mechanics into the Contest of Champions mix. While the basic back and forth will still be present, Forged to Fight features the sort of advanced combat features necessary for an authentic Transformers experience.

Take ranged attacks, for example. Autobots and Decepticons punch each other, sure, but theyve also got guns, missiles, lasers, chain cannons and other far-reaching instruments of destruction. Movie Megatron has an arm canon, and hes not going to shy away from sticking to the far end of the screen and firing that sucker off.

In order to keep players from being pinned down by heavy fire at the far end of the screen, Parry and his team have added sidestepping to the mix. Players with good timing will be able to step in and out of the battle plane when needed, the 3D movement allowing them to dodge, close and counter those pesky ranged attacks.

In the GIF below we see Hound transform and fire off his missile attack, followed by a graceful dodge by the king of dodging, Starscream.

Transforming plays a big role in combat, as it should. All characters in the game will feature special transforming attacks appropriate to their alt modes. Groundbased Hound fires off missiles. A character that changes into a jet might do a strafing run. A robot that turns into a rhinoceros might charge his foe.

Which brings us to the big question. Which transformers are fair game for forged to Fight?

While Parry couldnt go into specifics, it sounds like the entire Transformers universe is his teams oyster, thanks in no small part to the success of Contest of Champions. Kabams shown it can handle a beloved license with a broad range, and it sounds like theyll be delving deep into Transformers history.

Weve seen movie characters, weve seen reinterpretations of generation one bots and cons. Weve got Windblade, the fan-created female Autobot whos been tearing through comic books, animation and toys.

According to Parry, Hasbro has already lifted the biggest barrier to cross-generational conflict, allowing Kabam to play with relative scale to give fighters of different sizes equal footing. That doesnt mean well be taking to the battlefield as massive combiners or titans like Metroplex and Fortress Maximus, but it does suggest my beloved Beast Wars Maximals and Predacons, much smaller than their Autobot and Decepticon ancestors, will have a chance to fight. In fact . . .

See the rhino in the lower right corner? How about that ape-ish looking fellow in the middle of the top left ridge? Who else do you see?

While I would have gladly accepted a simple Contest of Champions clone and called it a day, it looks like Transformers: Forged to Fight is going to be much more than that when it launches on mobile devices this spring.
