Plenty of people remain hopeful to win the $403 million Powerball jackpot on Saturday.
Several gas stations in Region 8 said they had higher sales than normal leading up to the big drawing.
The jackpot has been growing since Sept. 17. If someone wins Saturday, they will take home the ninthlargest Powerball jackpot in history.
"Well, I"ve been here for about an hour and I"ve already sold you know probably 20 or 30 customers worth," Timothy Haynes,Mr. T"s gas station employee, said. "It"s a fun game to play and that"s the thing it"s just a game but everybody,they want to get their name in the pot,they want to try to win that big money."
Thenumbers will be drawn on Saturday night.
