Teresa Palmer Talks "Lights Out," Shares Supernatural Experiences | TODAY
Teresa Palmer has taken to her Your Zen Mama blog this week to encourage other women to embrace their mum bodies after giving birth.
The mother of two says women should celebrate their, "sagging b*****s, mum bums, cellulite, muffin tops, wobbly arms, thick thighs" not "punish themselves" for them.
"Isn"t it funny how easily we can forget to take a moment to celebrate our bodies!?" the Aussie actress began.

"We spend far too much time punishing ourselves over what we see as our sagging b*****s, mum bums, cellulite, muffin tops, wobbly arms, thick thighs," she adds.
"In fact, take a moment right now to give your body thanks for creating life and nurturing that life," the blonde encouraged.
The 30-year-old also described recently getting back into her work out routine after the birth of her ten week old son, Forest Sage.
"Next week after the Oscars weekend I"m going to go to the gym! I just joined a new gym which has a child care," the Lights Out star told her readers.

"Forest is now old enough to go for an hour at a time so my plan is to do a class there about 3 times a week," she writes.
Teresa also detailed "moving her body" five times a week which also includes a yoga class and a hike.
She told Kyle and Jackie Olast year that she "really packed it on" during her second pregnancy but wasn"t worried as she planned to have six kids.
