Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- Home Opener

Chicago Blackhawks: 2010 Stanley Cup Champions DVD

Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! The Chicago Blackhawks are back at the United Center for their Home opener of the 2016 Stanley Cup playoffs. The United Center was a fickle place this season with the Hawks rolling off a whole lot of wins until March, and then they couldnt win to help themselves at the U.C. losing some game so bad that they actually were booed once in the final 4 weeks of the season.

In the end the Hawks were 26-11-4 at home this year so in a season when they struggled on the road the Chicago Blackhawks really need to hold down the fort the next two game since they literally stole Game #2 in St. Louis Friday night. The Chicago Blackhawks in their current history have been pretty strong at home, but every year brings different challenges and the question will be what Blues team shows up in Chicago after their heart breaking loss.

The Chicago Blackhawks finally got bodies in front of Brian Elliott, and in the end a couple of pucks found the back of the net, but their task isnt easy but its pretty simple in nature..net front presence. Whether its Andrew Shaw, Artem Anisimov or anyone else, just get bodies in front of Elliott.
