The former Saturday Night Live veteran broke out her classic impression for her new NBC variety show with Martin Short, Maya & Marty.
In the sketch from Tuesday"s premiere episode, Rudolph"sMelaniawas selling diamonds that can be eaten, because wearing a bunch at once is just not enough.
We love diamond, but we all ask ourselves, why can we not eat it? Not anymore, you can with Melanias Edible Diamonds. Give yourself the gift of it," the fauxMelania says, adding in a monotone voice that her edible diamonds can now be added to all your foods to eat in your mouth.
Midway through the sketch, current SNL cast member Kate McKinnon stops by, playingHeidi Cruz.
"Ted would be very mad if he knew I were here,"McKinnon"s Cruz said. She then asked Rudolph"sMelania to pronounce different words because she liked her accent.
