Margot Robbie"s n***d Big Short Spoof Wins Red Nose Day

The easiest way to explain something complicated to people is to have Margot Robbie spell it out while sitting in a bubble bath. Thats just science. So when the beautiful Suicide Squad star was tasked with explaining the point of Red Nose Day, she leaned on a trick Adam McKay taught her for his Oscar-winning The Big Short: She got n***d and slipped into the tub:

This skit was part of NBCs Red Nose Day Special, a fundraiser that featured appearances by Ellen DeGeneres, Jack Black, Paul Rudd, Julianne Moore, Liam Neeson, Sarah Silverman, Tracy Morgan, Key & Peele, Anna Kendrick, Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Ellie Kemper, amongst many, many others. But the winner, in my opinion, was Robbie, who continued to prove that she has stellar comedic timing, and she knows how to wring a few more laughs out of a good joke. As she explains, about Red Nose Day:

So, a lot of people have been asking what Red Nose Day is about, and it seems the best place -- for reasons that are very hard to understand -- that the best place for me to answer this is in the bathtub. [Red Nose Day] has everything to do with raising money and making people laugh, and it has absolutely nothing to do with bathtubs, shampoo, conditioner, soap, champagne, or nudity.Then, in an effort to make people laugh, she pulled a basketball and a rubber chicken out of the water. Thankfully, she didnt pull a rat out of the water. Thats what her Suicide Squad co-star Jared Leto might have attempted.

The clip ended with Margot Robbie getting a surprise visitor in her tub. Couldnt he at least have put a Red Nose on?

Red Nose Day is a fundraiser, a charitable effort led by celebrities that raises awareness and money for children around the globe. Meant to be a form of charitable entertainment, the group claims to have raised funds for such organizations as Boys and Girls Club of America, Feeding America, National Urban League, Covenant House and Charity: Water. Hey, speaking of water, has anyone told Margot Robbie she can get out of the tub yet? She probably looks like a prune by now.

The Walking Dead Red Nose Day Special spoof is hilarious

The Walking Dead Red Nose Day Special (Highlight)

What would happen if The Walking Dead and the Star Wars Holiday Special joined forces to help raise money for kids around the world as part of Red Nose Day? This, apparently. Watch and laugh at The Walking Dead Red Nose Day Special.

For this years annual Red Nose Day, Walking Dead stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Melissa McBride, Josh McDermitt, Ross Marquand, David Morrissey, and Christian Serratos joined forces with special guest stars Jeff Goldblum, Dax Shepard, Yvette-Nicole Brown, and Chris Hardwick to present the spoof, which started in the minds of Lincoln and Reedus after a long day on set.

Dont you just wish you could do something lighter? Lincoln asks Reedus before the fun starts.

Something that would bring sweetness and light into the world, adds Reedus.

Unfortunately, after the spoof opening for the Red Nose Day Special which includes Shepard and Hardwick as Han Solo and a 16-minute drum solo from McBride, among other highlights both Lincoln and Reedus decide against creating such an event for real. We aint doing that, Reedus says to his costar.
