Sonny Perdue Is Trump’s pick for agriculture secretary
Jared Kushner, Rex Tillerson, Steve Bannon and Kellyanne Conway: These are just a few of the people filling major roles in President-elect Donald Trump"s administration. Trump has also selected a number of New Yorkers, including Vincent Viola and Carl Icahn.
All the Cabinet nominees and ambassadors require confirmation by the Senate, which began hearings on Jan. 10, 2017. The adviser roles, however, do not need approval from Congress.
Here"s a look at the people Trump has nominated or appointed.

Jared Kushner: Senior adviser to the presidentTrump has named his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, as a senior White House adviser, the transition team announced on Jan. 9, 2017. Kushner will work alongside Chief of Staff Reince Priebus and Chief Strategist Stephen Bannon to carry out Trump"s agenda, the transition team said.

Walsh will continue to work closely with Priebus, who was previously appointed as Trump"s chief of staff.
The president-elect also announced that Rick Dearborn, chief of staff to Sen.
