Betting line: Warriors by 14 points

Things to watch:

>> Will the Warriors stay healthy? Avoiding injury, not winning the game, will be Golden States primary objective Wednesday. Because the Warriors have clinched the top overall seed, they simply want to get through their regular-season finale with no major hiccups. It is part of the reason head coach Steve Kerr is sitting Andre Iguodala and Draymond Green. Odds are that, outside of perhaps Kevin Durant, Golden States available starters wont play more than 25 minutes.

>> Will Durant continue to settle into a groove? In his second game back from his knee injury Monday against the Jazz, Durant looked more self-assured. He hit 6 of his 12 shots, including two driving dunks in the second half, and chipped in 10 rebounds and six assists. In a game Wednesday with no playoff implications, Durant will likely shoulder a heavy load again after logging a team-high in minutes each of the past two outings. His hope is to break out of his slump beyond the arc before the playoffs start. Against the Pelicans and Jazz, Durant went a combined 0-for-9 from three-point range.

>> Will Damian Jones get some run? Less than 24 hours after the Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden States Development League affiliate, were eliminated in the Western Conference semifinals by the Oklahoma City Blue, Jones was recalled Tuesday to the NBA club. The rookie center out of Vanderbilt has made significant strides of late, cutting down on fouls, improving his conditioning and, ultimately, earning D-League Player of the Month honors for March and April. Though Jones wont make much of a difference in Golden States championship pursuit, he will only benefit from being available for a playoff run. As for Wednesday? He could get his most extended NBA minutes yet. In a no-stakes game, Kerr will give his reserves plenty of opportunity.

Quotable: I think mentally were in a good space. We just have to be willing to get to that next gear defensively, let our defense power us through. David West on Warriors mindset as playoffs near

Cavaliers now Vegas" favorite as Warriors Game 5 ticket prices drop

Oklahoma City Thunder vs Golden State Warriors - Game 2 - Full Highlights | 2016 NBA Playoffs

The Warriors" sudden plummet is sending shock waves from Oakland to Las Vegas.

Tickets for Thursday night"s win-or-you"re-done Game 5 at Oracle Arena are suddenly more affordable. And the bookies are also jumping off the bandwagon, anointing the Cleveland Cavaliers the new favorite to win the NBA title.

The Cavs, who began the season as favorites but were quickly eclipsed by the steam-rolling champions, are a 7-5 bet, according to Bovada.lv.

The Thunder, the Warriors" potential kryptonite, are second at 8-5. Golden State has fallen to 3-1. (Which is still a heckuva lot better than Toronto, at 25-1, despite tying the Eastern Conference Finals 2-2.)

According to online ticket reseller Rukkus, the average price for Thursday"s potential elimination game has plummeted to $509 with the cheapest seat going for $175. That average is more than $100 cheaper than Sunday"s Game 2.

Kyle Lowry told Cavs coach Tyronn Lue he wanted to watch Warriors game with him

Oklahoma City Thunder vs Golden State Warriors - Game 1 - Full Game Highlights | 2016 NBA Playoffs

Toronto Raptors star guard Kyle Lowry has a very close relationship with Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue.

How close? The Raptors point guard, who talked to Lue throughout the first two rounds of the Eastern Conference playoffs, told Lue he wanted to watch Game 2 of the Thunder-Warriors series at his house. But Lowry knew he couldn"t because his Raptors are currently facing Lue"s Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference finals.

Lue says he talked to Lowry throughout the first two rounds, and Lowry wanted to come watch last night"s game with him. Knew he couldn"t.

Bruce Arthur (@bruce_arthur)May 19, 2016

Lowry even admitted that he wanted to review the film of the Raptors" lopsided Game 1 loss to the Cavs with Lue, but knew that wouldn"t happen either.

Ty commenting on long time relationship with Lowry, says Tor guard texted him wishing he could review G 1 w/him but know"s not possible

Fred McLeod (@CavsFredMcLeod)May 19, 2016

The two apparently formed a relationship during Lowry"s rookie season as Lue took him under his wing despite the two never playing on the same team together.

Ty says as rookie, he took Kyle Lowry under his wing..Lowry said then, "I want to be another Ty Lue"..Ty told him "you can be much better"

Lowry will need to step up in Game 2 if the Raptors hope to even the series against the Cavs, who have yet to lose a playoff game this year.
