Signs are literally pointing to a Rolling Stones tour announcement on Thursday.A digital billboard, now up on the I-190 near Ogden Street, is similar to a billboard in Rochester and other cities nationwide teasing a Rolling Stones tour with the bands tongue logo and song lyrics such as You Get What You Need.
