If you are attending gasparilla this year, get ready to see some familiar faces wearing Green & Gold during the parade. According to USF Sports Info Department, the Bulls will be well represented in Saturday"s festivities.

TAMPA, JAN. 27, 2017 USF standout quarterback Quinton Flowers will be among five USF student-athletes that will join Rocky The Bull and USF cheer and band members in the 2017 Gasparilla Parade of Pirates Saturday.
Flowers, the 2016 American Conference Offensive Player of the Year, will be joined by all-conference standouts Auggie Sanchez and DErnest Johnson on the USF float as well as womens track and field student-athlete Kennedy Shank and womens soccer player Estefania Fuentes Del Razo.
The USF student-athletes will be armed with plenty of green and gold beads for the crowd and the football players will toss four lucky footballs along the parade route to Bulls fans sporting their green and gold. The lucky footballs can be redeemed for season tickets for the 2017 football season.
This will mark the second straight year in which USF student-athletes have participated in the annual Gasparilla Parade of Pirates, which is attended by approximately 300,000 people along the 3.8-mile parade route. The parade, which started in 1904, runs 2 p.m. to approximately 5 p.m. Saturday in downtown Tampa.
