Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston have called it quits after just three months of dating!

We can"t say we"re super shocked to hear the short-lived relationship is over considering the 35-year-old actor reportedly wanted things to be way more public than Tay was ready for and it turns out the Sparks Fly singer is the one who ended things for good.

Multiple insiders tell Us Weekly:

"She was the one to put the brakes on the relationship. Tom wanted the relationship to be more public than she was comfortable with. Taylor knew the backlash that comes with public displays of affection but Tom didn"t listen to her concerns when she brought them up. [Hiddleston is now] embarrassed that the relationship fizzled out."

What a whirlwind!

Another source blames the swiftness (pun intended) of the relationship just two week"s after the pop star"s breakup from Calvin Harris for their failed momentum:

"It was an intense start. No one can keep that kind of momentum going. They get along great and will remain friends, but they just don"t see it working romantically right now."

So much for that!

People has also confirmed the split, but provided no additional details.

Calvin Harris is certainly keeping busy! After the Scottish DJ was spotted out arm-in-arm with Mexican star Eiza Gonzalez on Saturday, he attended the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London on Tuesday night.

At the event, which was held in the Tate Modern Museum, Harris sat with and posed with his ex Ellie Goulding. The pair reportedly dated back in 2013, but have remained close friends and collaborators since.

Goulding is also notably pals with Harris" ex, Taylor Swift, and previously took credit for setting the two up.

"I did play matchmaker, that"s true," Goulding told The Sun in June 2015. "Calvin is a really great mate and he"s so fantastic, and Taylor is such a cool person who I love."

Swift and Harris split in June of this year and almost immediately after she was spotted out with British actor Tom Hiddleston. The pair had a whirlwind romance, traveling around the globe together and meeting one another"s families.

But ET confirmed on Tuesday that the celebrity couple had officially split after three months together. Though the breakup was reportedly "amicable," sources told Us Weekly that Swift was the one to end things due to her discomfort over how public Hiddleston wanted their relationship to be.

Harris and Swift"s split started off on good terms, with the DJ even tweeting a kind message about the end of their relationship. But things took a turn in July when Swift"s rep confirmed that she penned Harris" hit song "This Is What You Came Here For."

"Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though," he tweeted at the time. "I figure if you"re happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do."

The internet is abound with rumors that Taylor Swift underwent a breast augmentation, but the 1989 hitmaker has remained silent, not confirming or denying the alleged plastic surgery.

The ladies of CBS show The Talk discussed the rumors surrounding Swift on Tuesdays episode of the show. Special guest Ariel Winter, who has been open about having a breast reduction, weighed in.

It took me a while to feel that way, you know, accepting myself. I just hope girls can learn to accept themselves, whatever they look like, however big or small their b*****s are, the Modern Family actress said. And even, I have to say, you know, even if Taylor Swift did get her b***s done, good for her if she felt like she wanted to.

Winter also spoke about being body-shamed both before and after her breast reduction surgery,for not only what she wears, but also for openly showing her scars on the red carpet.

After revealing her scars at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, the 18-year-old tweeted, Guys there is a reason I didnt make an effort to cover up my scars! They are part of me and Im not ashamed of them at all.

On social media, the actress consistently calls out critics who dare to shame her for various outfits she wears or revealing cleavage.
