Londoner Jimmy Manuwa will also headline the London show, hoping to demonstrate his punching power

Meanwhile Londoner Jimi Manuwa has promised to knockout rival Corey Anderson after the pair were named as headliners for UFC London in March.

The scrap sees the Poster Boy meet Anderson in a light-heavyweight bout.

Manuwa, 36, has promised a quick end to Anderson just like he had with Ovince Saint Preux in Manchester in October.

In his column for the Daily Express, Manuwa said: This is my hometown and Im the best MMA fighter in London so its about time.

Everyone is going to see me knock someone out in my hometown.

It doesnt get much better than that.

2017 is going to be a massive year for me.

Im going to be taking the title this year so this is just the first step.

Justin Bieber and More Perform the "Billionaire Strut"

UFC 205: Conor McGregor Octagon Interview

Returning to the Octagon at #UFC202 to avenge his sole loss in the promotion at the hands of #NateDiaz, Conor McGregor strutted into the Octagon a la #VinceMcMahon. Made famous in the #WWE through the sporting mogul"s cocky Power Walk entrance, the Irishman has adopted the act for himself. Newly dubbed the Billionaire Strut," the walk has become an iconic staple in Mystic Macs Octagon entrances.

However, UFC 202 wasnt the first time weve seen Conor McGregor perform the boastful strut. Its long been in his arsenal.

Vince McMahon is a figure McGregor has previously praised and held a lot of respect for, so its no surprise that the Irishman would seek to replicate him, especially with his business acumen.

With Conor McGregor now a global star, the act has gone viral. Oscar Wilde once said imitation is the greatest form of flattery, so lets take a look at some of the celebs who have performed their own version of the Billionaire Strut.

Shaquille ONeal

NBA legend, Shaquille ONeal got in on the action during #NBA on TNT, strutting towards the camera while citing his Irish heritage.

Marc Gasol

Marc Gasol of the #MemphisGrizzlies busted out the walk following his game-winning 3-pointer against the #LAClippers.

Paul Pogba

The most expensive football (soccer) player in the world, #PaulPogba, strutted his stuff during a training session while on international duty for France.

Justin Bieber

Enjoying some down time while touring, #JustinBieber dropped by #BarcelonaFC to hang out with two of the Catalonian clubs biggest stars #Neymar and #Rafinha. Previously voicing his support for The Notorious one, the worlds biggest pop star struts his stuff 45 seconds in.

Pat McAfee

The Colts kicker strutted down the field after a perfect punt.

Kiko Alonso

#MiamiDolphins linebacker, #KikoAlonso went as far as posting a side by side comparison of his tribute to the Irish star.

UFC 205: Eddie Alvarez vs. Conor McGregor Full Card Preview and Predictions

Conor McGregor Disciplinary Hearing: Nevada Drops the Hammer!

UFC 204 was a show designed for one fighter (Michael Bisping) and one city (Manchester, England). UFC 205 on Saturday, Nov. 12 is so much more.

Twenty years ago, mixed martial arts was the Wild West of sports. It had few rules, little regulation and no equipment. It was labeled as "human cockfighting" by politicians and actively embraced the idea that it was an underground blood sport.

Unsurprisingly, that led to its banning in many states in 1997, just a short time before UFC 12 was to return to New York. Worse yet, that was followed by a number of pay-per-view carriers refusing to broadcast the sport, leaving the UFC with few places to set up events and few ways for fans to see them.

Obviously, things changed with time. The UFC cleaned itself up and improved its image. It returned to television, made the push to network television and, eventually, became a normal part of the sports world.

There was, however, one black mark that lingered from MMA"s dark ages: The sport remained banned in New York.

Sure, it was easy to forget given the UFC"s gains at the box office and international expansion. And sure, it was easy to shrug it off as silly politics, given the fact that the lingering prohibition was largely rooted in a struggle between the UFC"s ownership group and the culinary workers union it viciously fought to keep out of its casinos.

Still, that blemish lasted for years on end.The UFC sank millions upon millions into lobbyists and lawsuits to push into the Empire State, which led to disappointment after disappointment...

Until March 2016. In a surprising turnaround, the New York State Assembly voted in favor of legalizing MMA, and the UFC is celebrating this turn with one of the biggest, best events in its history.

This is the UFC"s coming-out party, and because of that, it"s worth being excited and worth taking a good look at the entire event.

Twitter: Lightweight Beast Khabib Nurmagomedov Sends A Message To Conor McGregor

Conor McGregor went off on Nate Diaz at the UFC 202 pre-fight press conference

Khabib Nurmagomedov is a terrifying man, and on Tuesday he sent a chilling message to Conor McGregor. However, to the likely relief of many McGregor fans, the harrowing threat contained in the Dagestani fighters tweet was not actually aimed at the UFC featherweight champion.

Nurmagomedov is currently the UFCs top-ranked lightweight contender, but ever since Eddie Alvarez got his destructive hands on the 155-pound belt, the undefeated sambo stylists chances of getting a title shot seem to have gotten slimmer and slimmer.

Thats because Alvarez has set his sights on the winner of this weekends huge rematch between McGregor and Nate Diaz, whomever that may turn out to be. At every opportunity, the Philadelphia native has called out the two men and tossed derision in their direction, with The Notorious Irishman seemingly the main target of his taunts.

Alvarez says he just wants a lucrative showdown, acknowledging that fighters only have a limited time in which to accumulate cash, and thus he is taking aim at the two biggest names in or around his division. But in Khabibs eyes, the new champion is a chicken, intent on avoiding him and taking on supposedly less dangerous opposition.

With Alvarez unaffected by these attacks on his manhood, Nurmagomedov turned his attention to McGregor. The Eagle first took a pop at the 28-year-old Pay-per-view star over his March defeat to Diaz, before warning him to stay off that path to the lightweight title.

But it was Alvarez who was the subject of the disturbing imagery that followed.

Eddie, just gather the family and disappear into the night.

The UFC 202 press conference with Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz got a little nuts

Is Conor McGregor Too Fake? UFC Bantamweight Champ T.J. Dillashaw ...

Jeff Chiu/Associated Press

Don't count UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw among Conor McGregor's millions of adoring fans.

Speaking on Tuesday's edition ofThe MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, Dillashaw sounded off on the popular Irish fighter's personality, skills and future.

In particular, the 135-pound king took umbrage with McGregor's boisterous, polarizing personality.

"I know it brings attention to the sport, I know it builds up fights," Dillashaw told Helwani (h/t MMAFighting.com). "It's just too WWE for me, man. It's just too fake, when he jumps the Octagon and tries to get in Aldo's face, but grabs someone to hold him back at the same time. It's just so fake, man."

Dillashaw is, of course, referencing McGregor's latest post-fight antics.

After taking out Dennis Siver in Round 2 of their UFC Fight Night 59 main event, McGregor sprinted to the Octagon wall, scaled it, hopped over and promptly began spewing who knows what at featherweight champ Jose Aldo, who was seated cageside.

While it was well understood going into UFC Fight Night 59 that McGregor would net a title shot with a win, Dillashaw found the whole production a bit WWE and staged.

Beyond this, though, the Team Alpha Male product complimented McGregor's skills. Breaking down McGregor's upcoming tilt with Aldo, Dillashaw noted McGregor's excellence as a fighter.

"[McGregor] is a great fighter, he's confident in the cage, he's really, really good," Dillashaw said. "It's just the antics. To me, I can't get it. I'm just too professional for the way he acts."

Rounding out the discussion, Dillashaw told Helwani how he saw the fight playing out, and his selection wavered a bit.

"I hope [Aldo finishes him]," Dillashaw said. "But I don't know, man. McGregor's standup and his movements are really good. His confidence. It's going to be a tough fight for Aldo, but I'm rooting for Aldo."

Aldo already defeated Dillashaw's teammates and friends Urijah Faber (once) and Chad Mendes(twice), so this quote speaks volumes about Dillashaw's distaste for McGregor.

Personally, I think McGregor is a phenomenal fighter with ever-growing skills and confidence, but I have to side with experience and a proven track record when picking a winner for this 145-pound championship tilt.

I think Aldo takes the fight via submission in Round 3.

How do you think McGregor will fare against Aldo? Sound off, and we'll discuss this marquee matchup.
