In a preview -- with the full issue hitting newsstands next week -- Cyrus discusses her decision to no longer participate in red carpets. After walking the red carpet for the premiere of A Very Murray Christmas last year, the singer decided it would be her last.
When people are starving, am I on a carpet that"s red? Because I"m "important"? Because I"m "famous"? That"s not how I roll. It"s like a skit -- it"s like Zoolander."

She then reveals her go-to advice for her contestants on The Voice: Be like BernieSanders. Be the person people want and love. Dont worry about the masses. Thats how youmake a memorable moment.
Cyrus also addresses her friendship with Britney Spears. She"s a little distant in her world. I just want Britney to be happy. Every time she puts out new music, I"m like, "Is that what she wants to be doing? Or does she just want to chill?" She"s looking so good right now, and looking happy."
Steelers vs. Redskins (Week 1) | Post Game Highlights | NFL
Defense was supposed to be the downfall of the Steelers this year, and it still could be.
But for one week, at least, the defense was as much of a star as Pittsburghs terrifyingly explosive offense in Mondays 38-16 opening victory over the Redskins that moved the Steelers up two spots to No. 7 in The Posts NFL Power Rankings.
Everyone obviously knows what Ben Roethlisberger & Co. are capable of, which is why the sight of the them rolling up 435 yards despite being without LeVeon Bell (suspended), Martavis Bryant (suspended) and Heath Miller (retired) was no surprise.
But to see a retooled defense with a supposedly shaky secondary and injury-plagued front seven stifle Kirk Cousins and the defending NFC East champs on the road was an eye-opener.

That unit wont get long to rest on its laurels, though, with Andy Dalton, A.J. Green and the rival Bengals coming to Heinz Field this Sunday. The Steelers can ask the Jets how that matchup worked for them.
This weeks rankings (last week in parentheses):
1. Broncos, 1-0 (2): They beat the defending NFC champions and reigning MVP despite Trevor Siemian throwing two interceptions and posting the third-worst passer rating in the league (69.1).
2. Seahawks, 1-0 (3): Their horrible offensive line (three sacks allowed and a mere 3.5-yard rushing average) looks like it will be much more of a complicating factor than expected.
3. Patriots, 1-0 (5): A spectacular, shorthanded road upset followed by three home games until Tom Bradys return. Its all setting up very nicely for Bill Belichick.

4. Cardinals, 0-1 (1): Lets see: Their past two games were a blowout loss to the Panthers in the NFC title game and an inexcusable home defeat at the hands of the crippled, Jimmy Garoppolo-led Patriots. This team is going backwards.
5. Panthers, 0-1 (4): The free rein the Broncos had to tee off on Cam Newtons head was appalling and cant be allowed to happen again. Get your act together, NFL.
6. Packers, 1-0 (6): Whether Aaron Rodgers can make up for a woeful secondary looks as if it will be Green Bays weekly storyline.
7. Steelers, 1-0 (9): Pittsburghs ability to draft or sign skill-position players who pan out remains absolutely uncanny.
8. Bengals, 1-0 (8): Suffice it to say Cincinnati cant expect to continue winning nor keep Andy Dalton ambulatory by giving up seven sacks every week. Then again, they wont be facing the Jets terrifying front, either.
9. Chiefs, 1-0 (7): The biggest comeback in franchise history is offset somewhat by the fact they trailed the terrible Chargers by 21 points in the first place.
10. Vikings, 1-0 (10): Their opening victory over the Titans was a preview of how Minnesota will have to win without Teddy Bridgewater suffocating defense that capitalizes on mistakes.
11. Raiders, 1-0 (11)
12. Texans, 1-0 (14)
13. Buccaneers, 1-0 (15)

14. Giants, 1-0 (19): You might have to hide the women and children when Odell Beckham Jr., Victor Cruz and Sterling Shepard go up against a porous, rookie-laden Saints secondary this week.
15. Ravens, 1-0 (20)
16. Lions, 1-0 (23)
17. Jets, 0-1 (12): No need to panic after a one-point loss to a perennial playoff team.
18. Eagles, 1-0 (25)
19. Redskins, 0-1 (13)
20. Bills, 0-1 (16)
21. Colts, 0-1 (17)
22. Cowboys, 0-1 (18)
23. Dolphins, 0-1 (21)
24. Falcons, 0-1 (22)
25. Saints, 0-1 (24)

Vanilla Ice -- Flips Out at Delta ... "You Gotta Watch the Monitors, Man"
Monday night"s premiere of Dancing With the Stars brought unexpected drama -- not from its Season 23 cast of celebrity characters, but from irate audience members protesting the participation of disgraced Olympian Ryan Lochte.
Two men, wearing T-shirts with the swimmer"s name crossed out, stormed the stage as judge Carrie Ann Inaba began to give her critique of Lochte"s performance. Several other audience members, donning the same shirts, yelled "Liar!" from the stands. The men were grabbed by security guards, handcuffed and taken into custody by the Los Angeles Police Department.
Although the show airs live, ABC did not show the scuffle on camera. Host Tom Bergeron quickly cut to a commercial break as Lochte and his partner Cheryl Burke stood in stunned silence.
Lochte became a target of negative public attention after admitting that he "over-exaggerated" claims about being robbed at gunpoint in during the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
He was suspended for 10 months and ordered to give up $100,000 in bonuses. He will miss the 2017 world swimming championships.
Earlier in the night, Vanilla Ice (real name: Robert Matthew Van Winkle) and Witney Carson lit up the dance floor with their take on the cha-cha.Clad in what he described as "O.G. original "Ice Ice Baby" back-in-the-day throwback," Icedanced to his smash hit "Ice Ice Baby," which topped Billboard"s Hot 100 chart in 1990.
Although their performance was a bit lacking in cha-cha content, according to the show"s judges, their high-energy routine electrified the room and brought the screaming audience to its feet.
Hey! Respect man ... I loved watching that dance, because its terrific, said professional ballroom dancer and judge Len Goodman, before adding, The trouble was, there wasnt enough cha cha cha in that routine." Judge Julianne Hough agreed, while also expressing her fondness of Ice: That made me so happy, I cannot even tell you. Youre an awesome dancer. I just want to see some more content.
Despite the show-stopping performance, the lack of cha-cha earned the pair a score of just 25 out of 40.
Vanilla Ice is currently on the road, performing dozens of dates across the U.S. before the end of the year. The coolest show of all: "Vanilla Ice on Ice," gliding into London"s Alexandra Palace Ice Rink for three nights in December, where fans can skate during the performance.
iOS 10.0.1 drops today, and included are over 70 new emoji. Among them are highly-anticipated additions like the rainbow flag of the LGBT community and, well, not much else. The life-like emoji are a nice touch, as are the multiple skin tones, but some of the additions are just plain head-scratching.
Head massage anyone?
New York, meet the worlds tech scene
5,000 Tech leaders are coming to NYC this November to learn and do business. This is your chance to join them.
How about a woman wearing a large fur hat?
Or, you know, just a dude walking.
Its also worth noting that thereisnt a rifleemoji included in the new set.Apple did, however, change the revolver from iOS 9 to a squirt gun in iOS 10.
This might be the point where my age starts showing, but I think more isnt necessarily better at least as it pertains to emoji. Adding new ones that I really cant picture using definitely isnt doing us any favors. But hey, maybe one day when conversation is entirely emoji-based Ill be happy we have so many options. Until then, get off my lawn.
Oh, and check out the other 72 and let us know your favorite or least favorite.

iOS 10 will be released today, and you can expect most users to upgrade their iPhone and iPads within weeks. Google released Android 7.0 Nougat on a handful of devices in late August, but it"ll be months before it"s running on a meaningful number of smartphones and tablets. And MacOS Sierra, which will be released on Sept. 20, has several enhancement for its management policies. (Remember, since 2011"s OS X Lion, Macs and iOS devices can be managed from the same servers.)
Nonetheless, with iOS 10"s release today, it makes sense to update your mobile management approaches to account for these operating systems" changes.
What iOS 10 does that IT should know
Apple actually made more changes to iOS management in its iOS 9.3 update earlier this year than it has in iOS 10.
For supervised devices, iOS 9.3 gave IT control over the home screen layout, the ability to hide and thus block blacklisted apps that users may have downloaded (not merely prevent their downloads, as in the past), configure notifications to keep sensitive data out of them, force devices to report their location if lost (even if users have deactivated location services), and -- for devices managed from your mobile management server through Apple"s Device Enrollment Program -- both enforce activation lock on the device and override it the activation lock if necessary.
iOS 10 adds a new management policy that lets IT set the default app for audio calls for contacts in corporate-managed directories. iOS 10"s CallKit API lets third-party apps directly handle audio calls, fully integrated with iOS features like notifications and raise-to-answer. The related management control lets IT ensure that only approved apps can take calls to and from business contacts. This can be especially relevant if you require BYOD users to go through a second-line or VoIP app for work so that your business customers and partners are accessing your number or address, not your users".
iOS 10 enhances support for IKEv2 VPNs. It now supports EAP mode, which many organizations require to enable VPN access. As a result, iOS devices can now access such VPNs, assuming you allow VPN usage from them in the first place via management policies.
The other changes to iOS 10 don"t involve mobile management policies, but IT should be aware of how they work to get the desired level of security:
Universal clipboard: iOS 10 devices and Macs running MacOS 10.12 Sierra automatically sync their clipboards (for text, images, and more) if they are signed into the same iCloud account. iOS"s management APIs let you restrict data copying from and to corporate apps, a capability for which management servers such as MobileIron"s provide additional controls. The new universal clipboard should pose no extra risk of data leakage.
Raise-to-wake lock screen: iOS 10 now shows notifications in an iPhone"s lock screen when the user raises it, not waiting for a user to activate the screen. If you don"t already manage notification display to exclude sensitive information, you should now.
Auto-unlock of Macs: WatchOS 3, released today with iOS 10, can unlock a user"s Mac (if running MacOS Sierra) automatically via Bluetooth when it comes within 10 feet of the Mac. But don"t worry that someone could steal a user"s Apple Watch to bypass the password on their work Mac: The unlock works only as long as the watch remains on the user"s skin; once taken off, the user must unlock the Apple Watch with its PIN code and in turn unlock the Mac (or do anything else but tell time).
What MacOS Sierra does that IT should know
Also, MacOS Sierra gains several new management policies, bringing it more in line with iOS devices. For you to apply these policies, the Macs must be enrolled in the Device Enrollment Program.
MacOS Sierra gains controls over a variety of Apple services:IT admins to apply policy restrictions to Apple Music, iCloud Keychain sync, iCloud photo library, Back to My Mac, Note sharing, and Find My Mac.
A new payload lets IT configure the Mac"s IP firewall. But perhaps the most critical new capability lets IT force updates to MacOS via their mobile management server.
What Android Nougat does that IT should know
Like iOS 10, Google"s Android Nougat has a few changes. They include:
Always-on VPN: A new mobile management policy can force specified corporate apps to use a VPN. If a VPN isn"t available or can"t connect, the apps won"t work or share data.
App-specific access controls: IT can require separate, complex passwords for individual corporate-provisioned apps.IT can also set lock restrictions for specific apps. And IT can choose distinct login screens so that users visually know when they"re logging into corporate services.
Work-profile enhancements: IT can suspend access to corporate apps without removing a user"s work profile, such as when a user is on vacation or taking a leave of absence. When IT deletes a work profile, the encryption key is now also deleted to reduce the chances someone could access any residual data. Users gain a new control to disable all work-related apps after-hours or when they don"t want to be distracted.
Multiple Wi-Fi certificates: IT can set up corporate Wi-Fi networks profiles with multiple certificate authorities -- no longer only one -- to ensure employees have access across all office locations.
Data limits on apps: IT can set data-transfer limits on corporate apps to help reduce battery power through reduced radio usage.
Incoming-call access to corporate contacts: Nougat lets a user"s personal phone dialer or messaging app access corporate directory contacts to identify who"s calling or messaging. For example, an HR admin trying to call an employee on his or her personal number is now identified to the employee, though that employee may not have the HR admin"s number in his or her personal contacts list.
