DENVER Shooting and a stabbing broke out at a motorcycle show in Denver on Saturday afternoon, leaving one person dead and seven people injured, authorities said. Two rival motorcycle clubs were possibly involved in the violence at the Colorado Motorcycle Expo, police Chief Robert White said at a press conference.
The Denver Post quoted a witness, who didnt want to be identified because of fear of retaliation, as saying the violence involved rival biker gangs. Video taken after the shooting showed police talking to groups of men wearing jackets with motorcycle club patches.
White said about 10,000 people were inside the National Western Complex hall at 12:45 p.m. (2:45 p.m. ET) when shots were fired.
Investigators think two or more people exchanged gunfire, he said, but the cause of the shooting is still being investigated.
One person was fatally shot and three were wounded by gunfire, White said. One person was stabbed and three other people suffered injuries probably caused in a fight, but not by weapons, he said.
No arrests have been made but people are being questioned.
Whether it was motorcycle gang-related or motorcycle club-related, that is yet to be determined, the chief said.
Sunday motorcycle expo canceled
The 38th annual expo for Sunday has been canceled, according to the city, but the Arenacross event will go on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon at the National Western Complex. Arenacross has no relation to the expo, the release said.
People who were inside the hall said the violence happened quickly.
Britney Shaw, who was working at a jewelry stand, told the Post she saw a group of about 50 men brawling on the stairs, which were covered in blood and cordoned off.
Bob Cook, who was running a booth for leather goods, told the Post he heard shots and saw people dive under tables. He didnt know what caused the shooting but said that minutes later the scene returned to normal despite puddles of blood on the floor.
White was asked whether any law enforcement officers were members of the motorcycle clubs at the expo. White said he didnt know. He said, however, There were no Denver police officers involved.
The Saturday expo continued after the shooting. When asked why it wasnt shut down immediately, White said authorities thought the scene was safe because of the heavy police presence and because most people had vacated the building.
Hospital locked down after shooting
Authorities provided slightly different numbers of injured people.
White said seven people were injured. Earlier in the day, a Denver Health Medical Center doctor said six people were hurt, with three in critical condition and three in stable condition. Before that, Denver Health had tweeted that nine people had been taken to area hospitals.
As a safety precaution, the hospital emergency department at the hospital was locked down until about 4:30 p.m. (6:30 p.m. ET), according to a medical center tweet.
We wanted to make sure the incident didnt spread from the expo to the hospital, White said.
The complex is near the Denver Coliseum. Police initially tweeted that the incident occurred at the coliseum.
Oops. Turns out walking backwards in front of a UFC fighter as he makes his entrance to the cage isn"t always easy.
Alex Cacares took a unanimous decision win overMasio Fullen last night to open the Fox Sports 1 preliminaries of UFC on Fox 18: Johnson vs. Bader. Cacares aka "Bruce LeRoy" dominated Fullen with his flashy "real-life Tekken" approach and took every round on all three judges cards. At one point Cacares landed a flying 360 degree spinning kick that actually hurt Fullen.
There was also a notable moment before the fight as a Fox cameraman fell down while taping Cacares" walk to the cage from the lockerrooms at New Jersey"s Prudential Center. Apparently walking backwards in front of a fighter while operating a camera is not always as easy as they usually make it look.
The snafu went out live as you can see in the video above but a backup cameraman was very close by and the production barely missed a beat.
Maybe the most difficult sport in which to hold an All-Star Game, hockey has struggled to find the right formula in recent years.
While you have to tackle in football, you don"t have to hit in hockey, so the NHL stars have not been hitting, and that has led to them to not even really competing in recentAll-Star Games. The contests have been mostly basketball-style yuk-fests that have people tuning out after an hour.
So they"re hoping to change that this season.
The league came up with a new 3-on-3 overtime format this season that has created excitement and scoring opportunities while maintaining the competitive fabric of the game. So they"re going to adapt that format to the All-Star Game, and they"re going to add a couple of twists to make the day more interesting.
Because you need fewer players to play 3-on-3, there will be four teams instead of two. Because four teams creates a unique situation, they will play a tournament instead of just a game. Each Division has a team with six forwards, three defensemen and two goalies. Jamie Benn and Tyler Seguin will play for the Central Division team coached by Lindy Ruff, who earned the honor by having the best record in the division on Jan. 5.
The two Eastern Conference divisions will play each other in the first game today. The games will be 20 minutes long, and they will switch ends at 10 minutes. Ties will be broken by shootouts. The two Western Conference teams will play next, then the winners will play in a third game for the championships.
The 11 winning players will split a prize of $1 million.
"The reason for the change is to try and create some excitement, create some competition," Ruff said. "These players get to operate at their highest skill level, with a lot of ice. I"m going to feel sorry for the goalies because they"re the ones that are going to face the biggest opportunities in the game, but I think that if the players are motivated to win this thing, it could be a lot more exciting than past ones."
Ruff is a big fan of the new format, and said he likes that it challenges the players.
"We have a team where our players should excel at this, so I think it"s fun," he said of the 3-on-3 format and how the Dallas Stars have embraced it. "I know some coaches don"t like it, but I think it"s a chance to be creative, and our players like to be creative."
But while playing for five minutes in a regular overtime is one thing, playing for 20 minutes could create some sloppy play. The Stars started out 3-0 in the 3-on-3 overtime this year, but have lost their last three overtime decisions.
"I think we"re learning that if you don"t score on your chance, then they"re going right back up ice and they"re going to get a chance," Benn said. "We"ve talked about being more careful, taking our time, and making sure we get a great shot."
Could that become a strategy today? Definitely. Would that be less exciting at times? Maybe. If teams really do pass around the perimeter and wait for a shot, the game will simply be more methodical. However, that patience will be used for purposes of winning, and that is a different kind of game.
"You"ve got some of the best offensive players, but if you want to win a 3-on-3 you still have to defend," Ruff said. "It"s going to be interesting."
Benn and Seguin have played together in 3-on-3 situations for much of this season, but Ruff has the ability to break them up on Sunday. The Central roster includes: Patrick Kane (Chicago), Vladimir Tarasenko (St. Louis), Matt Duchene (Colorado), James Neal (Nashville), Dustin Byfuglien (Winnipeg), Roman Josi (Nashville), Shea Weber (Nashville) and goalies Devan Dubnyk (Minnesota) and Pekka Rinne (Nashville).
"I"m looking forward to seeing what his lines are going to be for the 3-on-3, that"s for sure," Seguin said. "Does he split Jamie and I up? Or am I with Kane or what"s going to happen? It"s going to be fun."
The game starts at 4 p.m. Central on NBC Sports Network.

NEWARK, N.J. Keep doubting Ben Rothwell, and he will keep surprising you. And maybe one day, youll be forced to give him a title shot.
Rothwell (36-9 MMA, 6-3 UFC) became the first fighter to legitimately submit former UFC heavyweight champion Josh Barnett (34-8 MMA, 6-3 UFC), tapping him with the same choke he used to make his previous opponent quit.
The heavyweight bout co-headlined todays UFC on FOX 18 main card at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. It aired on FOX following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.
After getting outstruck in the first round, a b****y Rothwell made Barnett quit at 3:48 of round two with a modified guillotine he calls the gogo choke.
Rothwell might have cut another colorful piece of promotion material in his post-fight speech, as he did after Mitrione. But instead, he kept it respectful, saying he was sending a message to other heavyweights whove gotten opportunities before him namely Stipe Miocic, who was promoted to an ill-fated title fight at UFC 196.
Barnett hoped to end Rothwells improbable late-career surge, and early on did so using the sound techniques of a seasoned veteran. He drew Rothwell into a straight right hand and followed up with power punches that drew blood. Rothwell was more aggressive than accurate early on.
But in the second round, Rothwell seemed to calm down and began picking his shots. He also forced a reaction from Barnett, who pushed him to the cage and came in on a single-leg takedown in hopes of starting a ground fight. Instead, Rothwell trapped his neck and quickly cranked it, giving him no choice but to submit.
Barnett, whod tapped twice earlier in his career due to injuries (one which prompted him to tap to strikes), goes back to the loss column after a decision over Roy Nelson. Rothwell now has won four straight and put another notable name on his resume.
Up-to-the-minute UFC on FOX 18 results include:
Ben Rothwell def. Josh Barnett via submission (guillotine choke) Round 2, 3:48
Eddie The Eagle is so much so the classic underdog story that even marketing has directly labeled it as feel-good. And though that may come with the stigma of cheesy predictability, Eddie embraces the bumps in the road and the inevitable victory with open armsor in this case, wings.
Eddie Edwards (Taron Egerton) is the quintessential never-give-up champion. An unlikely athlete with a paunch belly and thick glasses, Eddie has his heart set on the Winter Olympics and representing Britain as the countrysone and only ski jumper at the 1988 Calgary Games. The only problem is, he has no idea how to jump properlybut to Eddie, its just a matter of try, try, and try again, even if it means broken bones and trips to the hospital. His unwaning determination wins him the grudging admiration of Bronson Peary (Hugh Jackman), a washed-up, alcoholic snow plower who was once at the top of the ski jumping game. It is Eddies unquenchable attitude that brings back the spark in Peary as the two bond through ugly but effective methods of training, preparing for 70 and 90 meter jumps that would scare even the most experienced athletes.
The movie doesnt shy away from its straightforwardness, telling it like it is: anexhilarating, inspiring breath of fresh airwith its 80s score and underdog triumphs. Audiences will watch Eddie with a ridiculously wide smile on their faces and laugh out loud at snazzy dialogue and fun performances. You can tell when filmmakersenjoy their workEddie The Eagle is certainly one of those projects.
Taron Egerton (fresh off of Kingsman: The Secret Service) perfectly adapts the eccentricities of real-life Eddie Edwards, striking the balance between lovablyawkward and cartoonish. Hugh Jackman shines as usual with his characters initial cynicism transformed into genuine hope. And Christopher Walken is thoroughly enjoyable in the few minutes of screen time he gets.
There are no major curveballs in the fairly foreseeable plot. The secret of the movie lies with this: the biggest surprise is that most of it is true. While adult audiences may recall theEagle sensation from yesteryear, Eddies story will astound new generations. Here is a man who stood at incredible heights fully knowing he would painfully tumble-down the slopes again and again. Here is a man whodidnt let anything stop him, not financial matters, poor equipment, broken glasses, or consecutively higher slopes. Here is a man who caught the worlds attention not because he finished last or because of his endearing clumsiness, but because he embraced the true spirit of the Olympics: Anyone who has a go is a success.
Fifty Shades of Black Official Trailer #1 (2016) - Jane Seymour, Marlon Wayans Movie HD
Parody of Fifty Shades of Grey has nothing to say funny or otherwise about the S&M book and movie phenomenon
In her recent Jezebel piece Im So d**n Tired of Slave Movies, Kara Brown notes, I want stories about Solomon Northup and Nat Turner and Harriet Tubman to be told. But I also want to watch movies about black debutante b***s and the Great Migration and a coming-of-age movie about a black teenager in Houston who loves to skateboard and gets into trouble with her Desi best friend.
Missing from Browns wish list is a desire for a black Seltzer & Friedberg the perpetrators of Epic Movie and the like mainly because a) no one in their right mind wants that, and b) weve already got one, and his name is Marlon Wayans. And with Fifty Shades of Black he continues his pattern of creating movie simulacra calling them parodies or even spoofs puts far too fine a point on it whereby were supposed to laugh because we recognize the thing that is being reenacted, rather than at some comedic point that the reenactment is making or even at a funny or silly joke that has been draped upon the reenactment.
See Video: Marlon Wayans Spoofs Christian Grey in "Fifty Shades of Black" Trailer
The first Scary Movie had its moments, which seems shocking in retrospect since Wayans, Seltzer and Friedberg are all credited co-writers. (Perhaps that movie represents the Skynet-attains-consciousness moment that some time-traveling film critic should attempt to destroy.) Since then, however, Wayans has subjected us to countless insults to our collective intelligence and sense of humor, including two A Haunted House entries and now Fifty Shades, a laboriously humorlessjab at a movie that already seemed halfway to self-parody on its own.
Compared to other recent Wayans efforts, this one at least maintains a sense of focus, slogging through a scene-by-scene re-do of the original movie with only a few departures into other titles. (Whiplash and Magic Mike, if you must know.) But we still wind up with a slapdash movie thats more unbearable than the heavy-breathing best-seller and its emotionally timid screen adaptation, even though the dreadful Fifty Shades of Black has the audacity to think it has earned the right to mock the slightly-less-dreadful Fifty Shades of Grey phenomenon.

Hannah Steale (Kali Hawk, Black Jesus) interviews business magnate Christian Black (Wayans, who co-wrote with Haunted House co-conspirator Rick Alvarez), and look, Im not recapping the plot, which touches on just about every moment from Fifty Shades of Grey except for the glider. But heres an example of the ha-ha jokes: Christian puts Hannah over his knee to spank her. He hurts his hand. She feels nothing. He hits her with a shovel. She puts on lipstick. He hits her with a stool, which shatters. She knits. Then she tells him she doesnt feel anything down there since getting b**t implants. Comedy!
As an actress, Hawk comes off as game and misused, and I felt genuinely bad for her for the films entire, nearly unendurable 92-minute running time. I also got very depressed watching Jane Seymour play an oblivious racist, Florence Henderson as a potty-mouthed nymphomaniac, and Fred Willard just being there at all. Jenny Zigrino, as Hannahs oversexed roommate, is subjected to perhaps the films most egregiously embarrassing dialogue and costuming, with the central joke being that shes awful because shes zaftig and likes s*x.

If anyone involved with Fifty Shades of Black should take pride in their work, its cinematographer David Ortkiese and production designer Ermanno Di Febo-Orsini, who recreate the look of Grey right down to specific shots and sets, as should Wayans personal trainer, who gave the actor a Jamie Dornan-comparable torso. Everyone else should bury this one deep in the back of the bookshelf, like so many rightfully chagrined E.L. James fans.
That"s how Carol Burnett said she felt when SAG-AFTRA President Ken Howard called to tell her she was getting the actors guild"s Life Achievement Award.
"My chum Julie Andrews taught me that word," Burnett said. "Isn"t that a great word? It sounds like what it is. You are gobsmacked."
FULL COVERAGE: SAG AWARDS 2016
Burnett will receive the prize Saturday evening at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, which airs on TBS and TNT. And it"s very apropos that two queens of comedy Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will be giving the award to the legend who has influenced countless contemporary funny ladies.
------------For the RecordJan. 29, 2:52 p.m.: An earlier version of this article and headline incorrectly referred to the Sag Life Achievement Award as Lifetime Achievement. Also, "The Carol Burnett Show ended in 78, not 79.------------
Her legions of fans are probably gobsmacked as to why it took so long for Burnett to receive the SAG honor. Her rubber-faced blend of physical humor, musicality, zaniness and sweetness has long made her one of America"s best-loved performers.
For the last six decades, the 82-year-old Burnett has kept audiences laughing, first on CBS" "The Garry Moore Show" from 1959-62 and her own brilliant, multi-award-winning 1967-78 CBS comedy-variety series "The Carol Burnett Show," which also featured Harvey Korman, Lyle Waggoner, Tim Conway and Vicki Lawrence.
She conquered Broadway ("Once Upon a Mattress," "Moon Over Miami") and starred in several feature films including 1972"s "Pete "n" Tillie," 1978"s "A Wedding" and 1982"s "Annie."
She became an overnight sensation singing Ken Welch"s novelty tune, "I Made a Fool of Myself Over John Foster Dulles" at Blue Angel nightclub in New York in 1957. Burnett was even invited to perform the song on the "The Jack Paar Show" and "The Ed Sullivan Show" in the same week.
Burnett has written three bestsellers including her autobiography, "One More Time," and has just completed a book about her TV series. She"s guest starred in countless TV series including "Glee" and "Hawaii Five-0" and demonstrated her dramatic prowess in such TV films as 1979"s "Friendly Fire."
Last year, several episodes of "The Carol Burnett Show," which hadn"t been seen since their first broadcast, were released on DVD. The series has its own YouTube channel.
In person, Burnett is as warm, funny and gracious as her TV image. She spoke about the origins of her career and her newest fans.
I had no idea you made your TV debut back in New York in 1955 on "The Paul Winchell Show," which starred the famed ventriloquist and his puppets Jerry Mahoney and Knucklehead Smiff.
I was the girlfriend of Jerry Mahoney and Knucklehead Smiff. I remember I called my grandmother out here to tell her I was going to be on television. Nanny said, say hello to me. That"s when we came up with pulling my ear. The first song I sang [on TV] was "Over the Rainbow" to Jerry Mahoney.
You go back a long way with Julie Andrews. How did you two meet?
She came with her manager to see me in "Once Upon a Mattress." She was doing "Camelot" at the time. The producer of "The Garry Moore Show," Bob Banner, and Lou Wilson, who was Julie"s manager at the time, said to Julie and me, you girls have got to get to know each other. The four of us went for Chinese after the show. These poor men couldn"t get a word in because Julie and I just hit it off immediately.
Then she came on the "Garry Moore Show" as a guest. Ken Welch, who wrote special material, asked her if there is something you always wanted to do musically. She said "I always wanted to be a cowboy," so he wrote a treatment of "Big D" and we did it as a finale. So Bob Banner said, you girls have chemistry. That is when the idea of teaming us up [for the special "Julie and Carol at Carnegie Hall"] happened. We did three specials.
Lucille Ball was a mentor and a friend. You appeared on her series and she would guest on "The Carol Burnett Show."
She came to see me in "Mattress" the second night after we opened. I remember I made the mistake of peeking through the curtain, and I saw the red hair in the second row. I was as, if not more, nervous than opening night because Lucy was in the audience. Afterward, she came back and sat and talked to me for about 25 minutes.

She called me Kid. She said, "Kid, if you ever need me for anything you call me." About three years later, I was going to do a special for CBS if I could get a top guest. The producer said "you should call Lucy." I called her and I said, "I know you are busy" I was stuttering "I am doing this special" .... She said "when do you want me?"
Is it true you modeled your variety series after Garry Moore"s show?
The thing about Garry and this is what I did with my show because I wanted to emulate him is that we would be sitting around having a table read on Monday morning for a show on Friday. He might have a punchline or a joke and he would say, "Let Carol do this." He was just that way, and that is the way I wanted my show to be a true rep company. There were many sketches where I supported. Though I had the title, we were all equal in the sketches.
I"ve enjoyed watching the DVDs of the so-called "lost" episodes of "The Carol Burnett Show."
Because of all of these [DVDs] and being on YouTube, I am getting fan mail from 10-year-olds on their little lined school paper with the three holes. It"s absolutely wonderful.
I go around the country and do Q&As. I have been doing it for like 25 years and I"m starting to get [audiences] from 9 to 90, which is fabulous. A year or so ago I was in Texas. A little boy in the second row raised his hand. I said, "Hi, what"s your name?" He said, "Andrew." I said, "How old are you Andrew?" He said, "9." I said, "You know who I am?" He said, "Surprisingly yes!"

Unfortunately, the kind gesturewill not heal everything that has transpired between the former band mates says our source. Its going to take a lot more than a like on Instagram to mend their friendship, considering how much Zayn has been dissing One Direction lately, explains the source. Ahh, that is too bad. Zayn is super talented and his latest hit Pillowtalk is amazing.
Louis looks like he is going to be an terrificfather. A day after the child he had with mother Briana Jungwirth23, was born, Louis released a photo on January 27thon his Instagram introducing baby Freddie to the world.

Louis is taking his role as dad very seriously, says our source close to the One Direction guys. He doesnt really care that Zayn liked it. Of course he thinks it was cool of Zayn to congratulate him, but Louis main concern right now is his baby boy.It was only a few hours after the photo was posted that Zayn liked the picture because, as he explained in an interview on the Capital London Breakfast Show, his kid is cute as f*ck.
Despite being young and having to learn on the go, Louis is taking to fatherhood quite nicely. Our source explains, Louis has been super involved from the get go. He is a great dad already, very hands-on, changing diapers, holding and rocking little Freddie. Louis couldnt be happier. Our hearts are melting!
What do you think HollywoodLifers? Could baby Freddie help bring One Direction back together?
Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson gave some bizarre answers during Thursday"s GOP debate, the final chance for candidates to make their pitch to voters before next week"s Iowa caucuses.
Responding to a question about Russia, Carson -- not known for foreign policy prowess -- delivered an indecipherable answer involving, among other things, horses and oil.
Putin is a one-horse, uh, country. Oil and energy, he said.
What?
He also named some Baltic countries and may have threatened to invade them, but it was difficult to tell.
Several times during the evening, Carson looked like he was waking from a deep sleep when the moderators called on him.
In his closing statement, Carson took a non-traditional approach. Deviating from the usual stump speech conclusion, he decided to recite the preamble to the Constitution.
We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
"Folks, it"s not too late," he concluded. "Enough said."
Unfortunately for Carson, he flubbed it a little, saying "securing the benefits" instead ofsecure the blessings."
If he wanted to jazz it up a bit, he could have performedthe song from Schoolhouse Rock.
Opening Friday: Marlon Wayans offers his skewed take on the Fifty Shades phenomenon, describing his character, Christian Black, thusly: Hes pretty bad in bed; hes pretty basic. Every time the [original film] had something serious or intense, we put a joke there. Kali Hawk is the spunky reporter Hannah, who, Wayans says, has more edge than the mousy Ana. Fifty Shades of Black (rated R for sexual content, graphic nudity and language) wasnt screened, but were pretty sure you can guess how it goes.
Also opening, after years of fits and starts, is Jane Got a Gun (rated R for violence and language), starring Natalie Portman as a frontier woman who turns to a former lover for help in saving her husband. Michael Fassbender was slated to play the lover and Joel Edgerton the chief outlaw; Fassbender dropped out and Edgerton took his place; Edgerton was replaced by Jude Law, who was replaced by Bradley Cooper, who was replaced by Ewan McGregor. Oh, and the director, Lynne Ramsay, went AWOL from the set; she too was replaced. And then the studio (Relativity Media) went bankrupt! Its a minor miracle this film made it to theaters, but it never made it to the screening room.
A Brazilian doctor working with 130 infants born with the rare birth defect associated with exposure to the Zika virus in utero -- microcephaly -- said the disease has been frightening for both patients and doctors.
"This was the first time we related Zika virus to microcephaly," Dr. Camilla Ventura is an ophthalmologist at the Altino Ventura hospital told ABC News. "This is scary.
Microcephaly has been associated with the Zika virus in Brazil after the outbreak started last May. More than 4,000 infants have been born in the country with the condition, characterized by an abnormally small head and brain.
We are dealing with disease that we have no information about and we, the Brazilians are responding differently from what we expected to see, Ventura said of the Zika virus.
Ventura said the team is testing various aspects of the infants" comprehension and reaction to see what, if any, developmental delays they have.
Ventura demonstrated with one young patient how they used toys and sound as tests.
The doctor said the birth defects have been difficult not only for the children but for the parents and that mothers have come in depressed or with other psychological problems as a result.
Many of the mothers, they did not know that their babies had issues and it was as surprise not only for the doctors but for these mothers, they were not expecting at all, Ventura said. Many got depressed.
Ventura said they started group counseling sessions to help mothers cope with the birth defects.
Little by little we are working with these mothers, they are exchanging experience, she said. They can open themselves, they can express their feelings."
The key, she said, is to teach the mothers how to help their infants outside of the clinic. Ventura said the infants are doing better and better with therapies.
Its very important to not only come to the center weekly but also mothers they have to learn to treat these babies at home, she said.
Donald Trump has been insulting people on Twitter since long before he was the leading Republican candidate for president of the United States of America. Some would say its the only issue that hes never flip-flopped on, but no matter what you think of the man, you cant deny the impressive breadth of his demagoguery.
DONT MISS:6 ways Android outshines my iPhone 6s
Attempting to sort through all of Trumps Twitter insults would be an unenviable task, but this week, The New York Times did exactly that collecting every insult on a single page and categorizing them based on the subject of the insult.
Its truly an unbelievable, hysterical undertaking.
Each and every presidential candidate has made the list, with Ted Cruz, Hillary Clinton and, of course, Jeb Bush receiving the most flak from the real estate mogul. The Bush insults are often the best/harshest: a total embarrassment to himself and his family, a basket case, had a tiny 300 person crowd, and will NEVER Make America Great Again.
Trump has alsosaid that hes not a fan ofSamuel L. Jackson, thinks that Ronda Rousey is not a nice person, called Neil Young a total hypocrite, and even told T-Mobile CEO John Legere to try hiring some good managers.
But dont think that individuals are the only targets in Trumps crosshairs. Hes also referred to Germany as a big mess, Mexico as totally corrupt, New Jersey as deeply troubled and the United States as a dumping ground for the world.
And to think, only ninemore months until we elect our next president.
Check out the full, incredible list of insults (which are up to date as of Thursday at 2 p.m. ET) at The New York Times website.
Andy Murray vs Sam Groth Highlights á´´á´° Australian Open 2016
His reply was unambiguous and could just present the tournaments organisers and sponsors with a huge headache should it come to pass.
Murray said: I"m going to fly home. I"d be way more disappointed winning the Australian Open and not being at the birth of the child.
For me, my child is more important to me, and my wife is more important to me than a tennis match.
Last week the former Wimbledon champion was convinced that Kim had gone into labour when he was woken by his hotel room phone, ahead of his first match at the Open.
He said at the time This morning I ordered room service and I got a phone call to my room that woke me up and I completely panicked.
Following the match, against the German player Alexander Zverev - which he won in straight sets - Murray said: There were no messages from Kim when I got off court, thankfully. I hope it stays that way as well. But Im more excited than nervous. A few weeks ago I was nervous.
Of course getting on a plane after a court side phone call from Kim, saying her waters have broken, could turn out to be a pointless gesture.
It is a 23 hour flight from Melbourne after all, so it could all be over by the time he jumps into a cab at Heathrow Airport.
But who would want to tell Mrs Murray that?
"For me, my child is more important to me, and my wife is more important to me than a tennis match"
The 2016 Republican polls show that Donald Trump continues to hold a commanding lead and could be on his way to the biggest primary victory of all time, but would still have big problems come November.
Trump has been the Republican frontrunner since just after his official entry into the race last year. As the Iowa caucus and the official start of the 2016 Republican primary draw ever closer, it seems that no candidate will be able to put him off that lead.
Republican polls show that Donald Trump holds a steady lead over Ted Cruz in Iowa and a more commanding lead in New Hampshire, the second state to vote.
Poll: Trump holds commanding lead in New Hampshire https://t.co/qb3jJ91bMt pic.twitter.com/54VXKnvbXt
The Hill (@thehill) January 29, 2016
For New Hampshire, Trump holds 27 percent while the next closest Ted Cruz, John Kasich, and Jeb Bush hover around 12 percent.
Donald Trumps loyal 27 percent continues to stand tall in New Hampshire, David Paleologos, director of the Suffolk University Political Research Center in Boston, told the Boston Globe. The 27 percent isnt a skyscraper, but it towers over the four candidates vying for second place. One of those four candidates needs a big Iowa surprise to create momentum so that he can break into the 20 percent range in New Hampshire.
Donald Trump is dominating polls despite what is normally a losing attribute for Republican candidates. Because Iowa is a heavily religious state, candidates with a strong faith-based background are traditionally the ones to lead, even when they are weaker nationally. But Trump ranks last when voters are asked which candidate they believe is a religious person.
The Daily Caller reported on a recent poll.
A Pew Research Poll released Wednesday found that only 30 percent of American adults say Trump is a religious person behind all other presidential candidates from both sides of the aisle. Out of those polled, 37 percent say they believe Trump is Not at all religious, a higher number than any candidate.
Republicans, more than Democrats, think Trump is religious. About 44 percent of Republicans say Trump is a very or somewhat religious person.
By contrast, fully eight-in-10 Republicans say they think Ben Carson is a religious person, three-quarters view Ted Cruz as a religious person, and seven-in-10 say the same about Marco Rubio, Pew states.
Some believe the Republican polls point to what could be a historic victory for Donald Trump. Noah Millman of The Week predicted that if Trump wins in Iowa and New Hamphire as expected, he may end up winning all 50 states, the biggest victory ever for a non-incumbent.
If Trump wins both Iowa and New Hampshire, and then goes on to win South Carolina and Nevada as he is favored to do he could very conceivably win every contest, or at worst lose a favored son state or two like Cruzs Texas. Nobody has run the table like that not Nixon in 1968, nor Reagan in 1980, nor Bush in 2000, he wrote.
It may get considerably harder after that. While Trump dominates Republican polls, it appears that is not translating to a strong performance in the general election.
Roughly half (52%) think Trump would make a poor or terrible president, with 38% saying he would be terrible. https://t.co/TSDsrU5qHW

Donald Trump continues to struggle bringing in voters outside his base, with half of Republicans not supporting Trump now saying they wont vote for him, The Hill reported. And a new ABC News/Washington Post poll found that a majority of Americans believe either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders would defeat Trump in the general election.
