Overwatch Halloween Event Available Until November 1st

JUNKENSTEIN"S REVENGE! - Overwatch Halloween Terror Update (New Skins & Brawl Gameplay)

Overwatchs second holiday/seasonal event started on the 11th of October. Like the previous Summer Games event, there are new costumes, emotes, intros, and sprays available for a limited time to celebrate the holiday plus two new maps. These seasonal costumes are available to purchase with ingame currency so if youve saved the necessary currency, or earn it during the event, you can get the costume or emote that you want, unlike the previous Summer Games event which was controversial because of its 100% random rewards.

There are twelve new spooky costumes for Ana, Soldier, Hanzo, Bastion, Junkrat, Roadhog, Mercy, Pharrah, Reaper, Reinhardt, Symmetra, and Zenyatta. Reaper, Mercy, Roadhog, and Junkrat have legendary skins available for 3000 gold. Ana, Soldier, Hanzo, Bastion, Pharrah, Reinhardt, Symmetra and Zenyatta have epics available for 750 gold. Ana and Reinhardt have each received a Halloween emote, giving out candy and smashing a pumpkin respectively, available for 750 gold. Reaper, Mei, and Genji each have a special new Highlight Intro. Each hero now has a special RIP victory pose that features their undead arm stretching out of their own grave that can be purchased for 225 gold. Halloween sprays are 75 gold. Of course, all of these plus the Halloween player icons are available in the special trick or treat basket themed Halloween loot boxes that you can buy or earn by leveling up.

The brawl for this event is a special cooperative horde defense game mode for three people in a Halloween themed Eichenwalde (please call it Eichenween or Hallowalde), where players can select Hanzo, McCree, Soldier 76, or Ana and are tasked with defending the gates of Eichenwalde against a horde Dr. Junkensteins monsters, a witch mercy, and Reaper. This game mode is narrated with its own little storyline. The Hollywood map also gets a spooky remake, and please call it Hallowood or Hollyween, which is available to play in the normal game mode.
