Spider-Man: Homecoming International Trailer #1 (2017) | Movieclips Trailers
Fans arrived at Comic-Con in their thousands this weekend being the first to see trailers for the next big cinematic releases before they hit the internet.
But some new clips from Thor: Ragnarok to Guardians of the Galaxy 2 were exclusive just to those attending.
Among them was the first Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer, which one naughty fan managed to film from the audience.
The video starts with Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios, introducing the clip in his signature baseball cap.
However, from a closer inspection, the video is a very good fake with a number cuts near the beginning and scenes from previous Spider-Man films.
The real trailer showed Peter Parker in a science class watching YouTube footage of Giant Man from the airport battle in Captain America: Civil War.
The rest of it shows a montage of his day and high school, girls being infatuated by Spider-Man and shots of Spidey swinging from his webs.
But it"s the clip of Vulture falling from the sky towards the camera that caught the attention of fans.
The clip and new concept artwork confirms that Vulture will go head-to-head with Spidey in the new movie.
The villain is yet to appear in a Spider-Man film, with Homecoming being the sixth since Tobey Maguire"s debut in 2000.
The fake trailer started with a brief recap of what weve already seen of Hollands Spidey in Captain America: Civil War, including a shot of the Webslinger taking out Cap.
Fans in the audience then went wide when they saw Midtown High, where Peter Parker goes to school, followed by the line, Next July.
We then received our first glimpse of a Holland in glasses and shots of New York City, including the Oscorp Building owned by Norman Osborne, who becomes The Green Goblin.
Spider-Man: Homecoming is released in UK cinemas July 7, 2017.
