HOUSTON - Police have released surveillance images of a person of interest wanted for questioning in a child indecency incident.
According to police, a 9-year-old boy stated that while he was in the men"s restroom at a Target in Willowbrook, a man came into the stall with him. The boy said that the man inappropriately touched him.

The victim"s mother was inside the women"s restroom at the time. The victim ran out and hid under a water fountain until his mom came out and alerted her of the incident.
The person of interest is described as a white or Hispanic man. He was wearing glasses and seen pushing a baby stroller.
Anyone with information on the person of interest is asked to call the HPDSpecial Victims Division at 713-894-1971 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
